it works with dei....just make sure to put above dei and to use max 35 mods

Do you think you would be able to make a mod where all buildings are available in both major and minor cities (i. e. so you can build baths in minor cities)?

Great idea to be able to build both the COLISEU and the CIRCO MAXIMUS at the same time. What would ROMA be without these two monumental constructions? Thank you for making it possible:steamhappy:

Captured Joe it allows you to build the Coliseum and Circus Maximus in Rome, at least that's what I understand from it. I haven't tried it yet so
