There's a chance (a small one) that I have time to work on it this summer, in which case I probably would consider it worth it to update still. It depends on what happens regarding some internships I'm up for.
If I update this mod again it will be to rework the official version. I won't take the current mod down in case people want to play the old version. However 3.0 brought sweeping changes and I won't have time to bring the mod up to date until 4.0 is around the corner (I'm working on my thesis and final year of masters degree right now) at which point I would rather just wait to see what the official team came up with before restarting my own development.
I'm sorry to the people who really like the mod, and as always I'm happy to give advice and let people build off my work with proper credit given.
PLS FUCKING UPDATE
I also think the diplomacy tree is too OP as well. You choose BoS or NCR diplomacy and you get immediatly very strong perks, I think it would work better if the BoS and NCR trees had some extra focuses to flash it out and nerf it a bit.
Now that Tlaloc's demise is out... I think you need to rework some of the focuses, especially those regarding spec ops and doctrine research bonuses.
@Jakerussel1276 His mod is based off of an earlier version of mine which is why it's called Arroyo 2.0. I let him use it as I had stopped updating for several months due to being busy irl. This one is the most up to date and according to Colonel's gracious endorsement and compliments on the OWB discord, the better of the two.
If the Brotherhood completes that national focus which turns Arroyo into a puppet after Arroyo joins the NCR, Arroyo would leave the alliance. Is there a way for you to prevent that from happening? We just lost a very powerful ally that would help us greatly in the northern campaign
