It didn't work when I tried just deleting it and relaunching the game. But after deleting it > unsubscribing > launching > Closing > Subscribing > Relaunching it was able to download normally. Not sure why or even "if" the added steps helped. But thanks for the assist, I really like the new Bonds Office!
You might try clicking the 'Update' button in the Civ 5 Mod list, or going into your Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS folder and deleting Sonora from there. Then, once you let it redownload it should be the current version.
However, I am only able to download and access the older version of Sonora
You can enter the URL and download it manually. Hopefully it should work and recognize your subscription so it can update. Not sure why it isn't working normally though, can you download other mods fine?
Is the file showing up in your Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS folder?
@Emperor Norton it's on my list! Been trying to think of some uniques for them, any ideas you have would be welcome. I'm probably looking at doing the State of Muskogee before that, as I think it has a lot of interesting potential as a hybrid European/Native American civ.
I have long had a fascination with failed states and would-be-revolutions, as they can lead to really interesting speculation on how things could have ended up- So understandably, I am very enthusiastic about this series of mods you are starting.
Good luck, and thank you for your fruitful efforts!
