I think Inglish rn is just overarching for the northern dialects that aren't scottish (there's a wikipedia article "English language in Northern England").

@kingkaan Inglish represents the northern dialects of middle english, around the time of the printing press it will merge into the southern dialects (Unless a northern England exists or Scotland forms GB in which case the northern dialects will dominate)
Needless to say this ruined my playthrough.
