They're from the old Mighty Empires tabletop game from Games Workshop and they are pretty cool.

Considering the industry variations, I think at the scale that the models are intended to be used, such differences would not really be visible, as they are already barely so with the existing ones. If you want to portray a lumber or smithing specialised place, add a forest or mountain next to it and write it in the city name or description.
