The Key combo *should* be [Use]+[Aim], but I may have disabled that due to an issue.
It's been a while since I worked on this, so I might have forgotten why I did or didn't do something with it. Sorry. ^^'

Also, are you using any other weapon bases, like a M9k-to-TFA converter or something?
Yeah I have no clue what problem you could be having right now. I'm currently working on an update to this so maybe the update would fix it, when it comes out.
It should be a day or so before I can get the fix up, but at least it will be fixed. Unlike Zombie's trainwreck, which has been broken for a couple of years now. Hehe.

Seeing how it's M9k Code, and not even that half-rate M9kZ varient, it shouldn't be having any issues on it's own. But I can figure it out when I see the problem.
I can tell you that the eliminator shotgun is a pain to pull out because of it's laggy model, but everything else works fine for me.
Also, are you using any other weapon types (TFA, CW2.0, etc), any M9k-TFA convertors, anything you can think of that can be messing it up.
You have caught me at a good time, seeing how I am working on updating this pack anyway, but I need specific details and console errors to fix things.
Maybe when I have a good opportunity, I may talk with a acquaintance and try to get some models to work with. He may also hook me up with the sounds too. Big maybe though.
