Hooray - Thank you for this. My other town I was working on went on a non-replenishing-labourers death cycle and I had no idea the game had advanced aging relative to the year.
Looking forward to starting fresh again tomorrow.
I'm sorry if my question is silly, but does this mode (or this kind of mods in genral) impact the way of gathering resources?
For example I mean, will the tree grow for 120 years? xD
I didn’t change anything about accidental deaths, there’s already a mod in the workshop called Safer Jobs that reduces the accidents.

I don’t remember now, I didn’t notice anything specific about the birth rate while playing. I probably left the default value. My “birth control” in the game is using houses with fewer slots and/or not building too many new houses if I want the population to grow slower.

I can make a new version when I’m back to Banished, but in the meantime you can make your own mod. You can’t edit the .pkm files, you need to make a new mod using the modkit. Go to the World of Banished forums if you need help with making a mod, active modders there are very nice people and they’ll happily give you advice, just like they helped me.
Is it possible to ask for another version (or how to edit the pkm yourself)?
I would like the following:
1) education or work: can residents become students at the age of 7 if they have a school but become workers at the age of 18 instead of at the age of 7? I understand, that game Pro middle ages, but for me it is unrealistic, that workers become in 7 years. If this choice (study or work) is strictly tied to the same age, then please make the beginning of studies at least 11 years. (I hope that we will be able to build a school even at a difficult level in 11 years).
3) marriage/pregnancy - at least 21 years old. Age for wedding-21-50 years. Pregnancy-21-40 years. The duration of pregnancy is 9 months. Frequency-every 3-5 years.
4) average life expectancy - 90-120 years.
P.S. unfortunately I haven't found an easy way to edit p files yet. If you could open them with windows tools as an archive, for example, and edit the attached files... But until not is obtained... I'm new to this game... But what about this game, the fact that there is a feudal Forest village in life annoys me by growing up too fast and also by the very fast running of the game... It would be very desirable that the duration of the seasons was 90 days (360 days a year)... But it's not clear if it's possible... Well, growing up at least 1to1 conditionally slows down the speed of the game...

I don’t think much can be done about immigration, but I’m a new modder so I surely don’t know as much as someone experienced, there might be a way to make a mod related to nomads. One I heard about involves some kind of hostel with custom amount of nomads (so you don’t get tons of them when your town gets large), but I don’t remember the name.

I will make a version for you with those numbers when I’m back to Banished.
If you are still doing variants on this theme, I’d be really keen to have a system that resembles medieval European peasantry more closely. Though I have a feeling it may be less fun to play this way, I want to try it.
Perhaps something like:
Marriageable from 13
Childbearing age from 14 – 40
Maximum distance of 30 years between spouses.
Uneducated workers or students at 7
Graduation at 12
Death of old age 32-90
Tombstones for 125 years
(I think this would simulate it accurately, but I am not a medieval historian so, I might be off on all this).
