I'm just grateful that we got official tools like GUTS and stuff. T2 mods are probably what sparked my interest in modding in general :) Anyway, take care man.

I couldn't agree more because doing these kind of workaround cause some side effects like the lagging issue we have in potion of insight.

Yeah that's the trick Salan uses on Synergies mod to track the number of skeletons, via a buff. That was the only way to get some of the stuff working, wish the mod capabilities were a bit more advanced.

Yes. The enabled player buff radiates a cast skill on hit to the enemies. That skill now checks the hp then executes a corresponding particle fx of a health bar (unit themes).

The function can be compared to the TEA mod by Naelian

@doudley, Cool!

Does the potion apply some sort of buff or whatever to the enemies so that they can be tracked?

Sorry for the intrusion. Each of these mods have the enemy overhead health bar indicator that are enabled to every enemy closed to the vicinity of your character:

Also, all of my UI mod already includes the potion of insight.
Warning though, depending on your computer set-up, using the indicator may cause some screen lag, on which we haven't fully able to fix but casually it is good to be used.

@Locane, back when I was working on this mod, I tried but wasn't able to find a way.
Locane 20 Nov, 2018 @ 10:23pm
Is there a way to enable these all the time? Instead of just on mouseover?

It's been a long time since anyone made a comment, but is it possible to show the actual HP number that enemies have? For example, 73/73. Not just a health bar, vanilla Torchlight has that.
TeneksXene 10 Feb, 2014 @ 3:21pm
hey can somebody make this for all mobs?
lyravega  [author] 14 Jan, 2014 @ 3:29pm
Thank you too. I hope it is somewhat useful at that state :)
Cayser 14 Jan, 2014 @ 3:29pm
Ok ty it is so wired that team of torchlight didnt active it basically... ty
lyravega  [author] 14 Jan, 2014 @ 3:05pm
Nay, not working on it. I tried showing up individual bars on monsters, but didn't have time back then. Basically stopped working on it afterwards, and left it as it is now.
Cayser 14 Jan, 2014 @ 12:54pm
Are you still working on this mod? by the way it is very cool ! I will love if you succed to activate always the bar on monsters. Thanks !
lyravega  [author] 20 May, 2013 @ 7:53am
No, no real progress unfortunately. I'm looking for other ways, maybe unit themes... But that part is not my strong point
Aherin 19 May, 2013 @ 11:03pm
Iyravega, any progress on having multiple hp bars showing at once?
It's still been really useful for me in it's current state mind you. I can focus on the action where it's happening rather than constantly looking up all the time.
lyravega  [author] 4 May, 2013 @ 10:23am
Thanks man!
Fo`Shiggles 4 May, 2013 @ 1:22am
lyravega, this ones great too! You have some outstanding ideas.
lyravega  [author] 1 May, 2013 @ 8:25am
If there is no target at the mouse, it doesn't show any bars.
55c 30 Apr, 2013 @ 11:45pm
It'd be nice. Thanks for the reply.
Matchet 30 Apr, 2013 @ 6:11pm
It only shows the bars of the creature you have currently under the mouse, right? And autotoogles on/off when the mouse isnt over that creature?
lyravega  [author] 28 Apr, 2013 @ 9:12am
This mod doesn't touch the bar at the top.
55c 27 Apr, 2013 @ 9:45pm
How about the big one on the top of the screen?
lyravega  [author] 26 Apr, 2013 @ 11:45pm
Check near the minimap (the circular one on top right side), there should be a toggle which swaps between old bigger bars and new smaller ones.
55c 26 Apr, 2013 @ 9:28pm
Is there a way to toggle the default target bar? Great mod btw.
lyravega  [author] 20 Apr, 2013 @ 9:13am
Alright, I've added a toggle near the minimap (temporarily, till I find some better place). When checked, it'll enable bigger bars (to clarify; bars are smaller now, enabling the toggle will make them as big as before)
Galder 17 Apr, 2013 @ 11:53am
understood :D thanks for the reply. I´ll keep an eye on your future updates xd
lyravega  [author] 17 Apr, 2013 @ 11:32am
It is not difficult, maybe Runic meant separate bars for all the targets on the screen. Which I'm trying to do, but hitting a dead end with each try.

No, you can't make them smaller, but I'll make some options on the new version, choices like smaller bars, optional HP text, HP/MaxHP text, etc... will be in its options. Since I play at 60% UI scale, size seemed OK on my end.
Galder 17 Apr, 2013 @ 11:20am
Tested and works perfectly...anyway...why Runic said this was very difficult to do?
by the way, can u control the size of the bars? its possible to do them more small?
lyravega  [author] 16 Apr, 2013 @ 7:57am
That's my ultimate goal!
Galder 16 Apr, 2013 @ 12:39am
Veeeeeery nice. It could be cool all mobs had an hp bar if they lose some health. is that possible?
lyravega  [author] 15 Apr, 2013 @ 11:40am
Added.
