There is now a vanilla version, correctly released as a scenario rather than a mod.

This will be ported to more maps for Vanilla and CUP/RHS soon.

If you want to play it single player, you can start a hosted server, ie: server browser > host server and you should be able to play it from there. It is designed for dedicated servers. Make sure you are running CUP Terrains Maps and Core, and RHS mods. You'll find is as "All_Out_Warfare_RHS.Takistan"

Ports to other maps coming soon, including Vanilla versions that do not require any mods.
