I kept the bounties lowish: the factions involved move in large squads, and didn't want it to be too OP. 1000-2000 depending on the level of the character. Turning in a squad should net you 10k+. By the time you are leveled up enough to lay waste to HN or UC squads, money's not a huge issue.Just a minor incentive structure to make that play style more rewarding, and let you feel more like you're taking sides.

You should definitely expand this to more factions but I don't think Sheks should offer bounties for everyone just because they're grumps. Maybe just one or two opposing factions. Also I haven't tried it yet but I hope that the bounty rewards are balanced and the faction relationship progression isn't too fast. I want to have to bring a hundred corpses at least before I max out relation.
The only issue I see is especially if you're fighting increased sized mobs, you could end up filling all the cages at the HQ bounty office. Right now you'd basically have to run your own prison and then travel to all the numerous cities to offload every bounty. Maybe that's fair, though.
