I crafted this, the Cockpit version by Phantazim, earlier today on Official NA.
By default, yes the 3rd-person camera is screwy, it doesn't show the ship. Simply hit Alt. Key (I used left-Alt) then adjust the camera view with mouse & scroll, then re-hit Alt to set.
If I fly high above the Trade Station, it will let me repair. I will try one of the derivatives to see if it has the same problem.
Are you playing vanilla or RE? I'm in RE.
The only problem I've had, is trying to repair to blueprint, on a T2 repair bay. I get a message: "Area blocked. Repair template does not fit into available space!" Got the same results from more than one repair bay.
it would be great to be able to repair this ship as it was intended.
Anyone else have this problem? Is this a vanilla thing? Fixes?

I have realized my own idea of a cockpit and also added additional comfort, primarily by means of circuits: Merc-MX5E-C
I actually upgraded it to T4 as I added some turrets on the roof so T3 wasn't enough. Also gave it a "paint job" inside and out. It turned out quite well I think.. Thanks again..

which Blueprints are up to date NOV 2020
this not, too small cpu
The T2 CPU limit is a frustrating one at times, but good on you for making a warp-capable version and easy path to upgrading later.
