i love the idea of this mod but i hardly ever see it, but i keep it around just in case i come across those idiotic primatives who blow themselves to kingdom come, its always a joy to watch from the stars, the beauty of neclear fire sweep across a planet.... for my machines to colonize assimilate the remnants, no fucks given ;)

"Order the guns to fire,"
said Horus, his voice cold.
"Let the Galaxy burn!"

- Arch-Traitor Horus Lupercal, Primarch of the Sons of Horus, directly preceding the Virus Bombing of Istvaan III.

I can tell that I'm using this mod with 3.0.3 and it works...Now I just need to get to a point where I can use the armageddon bombardment option
Valerum 22. maj 2021 kl. 1:15
That's sad. :steamsad:
Tau 6. maj 2021 kl. 18:55

Helicopter200 21. jan. 2021 kl. 13:50
@SurfRat382 Humans are inteligent too but in 20th century we were so close to nuke ourself basically if 2 countrie are in war is human vs human
SurfRat382 27. aug. 2020 kl. 5:11
Why would an intelligent species nuke themselves? That's like punching yourself in the crotch!
Tau 9. aug. 2020 kl. 23:18
Is this mod usable?
DakotaDad214 30. juni 2020 kl. 1:27

EtheyB 25. apr. 2019 kl. 7:08

Steven 30. mar. 2019 kl. 19:21

KQLYVACBAN 6. mar. 2019 kl. 1:42

Sakana 26. sep. 2018 kl. 7:00
rip Kharak
troika 16. sep. 2018 kl. 19:44
"Kharak is burning"

that's some classic gaming lore right there
Sciira 12. sep. 2018 kl. 9:16
> "Kharak is burning"

Too soon.
Sam Klein 24. aug. 2018 kl. 16:07
I love you for putting in the "Kharak is burning" one. Homeworld is still one of my favorite RTS games
Sel Und Irae 23. aug. 2018 kl. 17:59
Really and truly this is what i expected Armaggedon stance to do but all i got was minor building destruction:ravenclan:
TheBobSauce 22. aug. 2018 kl. 21:01
The Armaggedon Bombardment texture looks like Kharak from Homeworld after it was destroyed, is that where you got this idea?
Twinty 13. aug. 2018 kl. 10:33
Could you make another mod that changes the texture for tidally locked planets?
Dwaine  [ophavsmand] 26. juli 2018 kl. 17:38
@holyjay, not it should not conflict with real space, and I've written it in a way to make it the most compatible possible.

@xnadu27, indeed, it's complicated
holyjay 25. juli 2018 kl. 4:18
Does this conflict with Real Space 3 at all? I'm not sure what to check for incompatibility, sorry. There does appear to be something called nuked_planet_01_entity in gfx\models\planets\_planetary_entities.asset, whatever that is.
Chastity the Celibate 24. juli 2018 kl. 15:54
Technically it’s not their homeworld... but in Stellaris terms it would be.
Dwaine  [ophavsmand] 22. juli 2018 kl. 9:59
@The New Meta™, as said by ilikeparadox, it's a reference to Kharak, the homeworld of the Hiigaran (or not, it's compliacted), the species you play in homeworld, type Kharak is burning on google to see it, the music really makes the moment special.
HL+UT=Awesome, Change My Mind 22. juli 2018 kl. 5:07
The game Homeworld, where an alien fleet bombards Kharak, making it look like that special texture in that game.
Depraved Arachnophile 21. juli 2018 kl. 20:45
What is the desert homeworld a reference to, if it is a reference at all?
Dwaine  [ophavsmand] 6. juli 2018 kl. 14:57
@RedRapture, soon

@Zweistein, that's because to change the textures when primitives nuke themselves or by armageddon bombardment are handled by events, and events change checksum, no way to 'hook' my textures without changing the coresponding events. So ... not achievments compatible, never will be.

@Thelisia, huh, no, not in my plans. In a way, if the water boiled so much, it would make the a very heavy cloud mask, which is already kinda the case for tomb worlds.
DeltaFire 23. juni 2018 kl. 4:46
@redRapture Dwaine already wrote that this is going to be in the next Updata
