Didn't actively change anything since last it worked, so dunno what happened. I know my harddrive has issues, so it may be something happened to cause it on my end if you can't find the issue.
You can see on the mod screenshot that it is possible
Same for small blocks. I can blow up a cart into 100 pieces but another time hardly any damage.
I can't increase the damage even more, because it already does a lot of damage. Try placing the bomb in a closed space, then you will see a bigger effect
