Report a translation problem
If you missed this comment and found your skill points f**ked up in mid campaign,
Do this:
- Disable all mods
- Delete the last save games you used this mod
- Reload older save game by two or three turns
- If you found skill tree got back to original, then the problem fixed.
- Then load your nearest save game you want to start with
- Close game and enable the mods you safely you want to use.. and reload your last save game.

Replacing "general_to_force_own" with "force_to_general_own_forcewide" seems to work.
