Well. I lost this civilization's SDK, Unfortunately.
And I mostly focus on Yoshimizu Castle brand (Afterlife Expanding, STAR DEM0CRATIC, etc) civs and mod nowadays with few free-time mod here and there.
Another possible one would be Haven. Idk if this would be a trade one or a science one, but it would probably have a bonus towards healing your units.
Zerus could work either as a city-state or as a civilization(primal zerg). If the former, then the bonus could be that conquering a city grants an extra bonus, or that government plazas and palaces have extra bonuses.
Obviously also some mercanary hubs or something

It makes not broken outdated civ and leader mod work for GS.
I really liked this mod, so cool having terrans units and bunkers. It's just missing the vulture and wraith to be perfect. No bug to report, except I get no picture for era score for the unique units, but that probably because I use a mod that colorized these things.
I'm working on a protoss civ mod on GS and now getting troubled by custom model import.
Seems your mod finished custom models and art asset setting.
May I have your guidance about models importing and art assets settings?
I would like to see Protoss and Zerg or additional leader in the future. :D
Even better if the moded civ have unitque techtree that similar to the game. (Terran start with Marine, Zerg start with Zergling...)
As a fan of both SC and Civ series, I would like to help you sumaries the special units/trait of each race/leader in SC2 if neccesary. :D
