Report a translation problem
This mod doesn't change the icons, but other script mods can. For whatever reason, Valve decided to put each weapon's icon reference in the script .txt files, so if you have this mod installed then you'll have the vanilla, default L4D2 pistol icons. Some weapon mods come with a script to change the icon to fit whatever weapon model is used.
The easiest way to check this is to launch L4D2 and check your in-game addons list, then see if my mod is conflicting (highlighted in red text) with any other mod.
There we go, fixed the issue. Turns out, reducing the Deploy delay to 0.01 was the issue. It's been reverted to 0.3 and I've credited you in the update notes. :)
I even fired up GFCScape and edited a pistol script myself to see if this was this case and, yep, DeploySpeed being too fast is what seems to do it.
Oh dear, I actually hadn't considered that. Is it a guarantee the moment the gascan is thrown? Or does it only happen when frantically spamming left click?

This mod worked for the Last Stand before, as far as I know. I just updated it because it was unbalanced.

Hmm... I suppose a simple X is pretty ambiguous, isn't it? Sorry about that. It just means "unchanged". Like, I didn't change anything on those ones.
EDIT: So I changed all the X's to actually say "UNCHANGED" instead to make things a little clearer.

Rifle stats to SMGs is correct.
For Secondary SMG there are enough Automatic Glock for that so more less it a pistol either way.
For large drum mag. I'll said trade off between fire rate and damage i guess. Due to it a spam-able weapon.
Bolt action you can lower the fire rate of weapon like how you increase the fire rate(maybe). You can use one of the AWP skin for military to test that out.
I kinda agree with the double barrle one. As someone has to work and take care of an infant and overgrown baby(even when she got her own work) i know how that feel in a different way.
Large drum mags for semi-auto shotguns are fully doable, I'd just have to balance them carefully. Large magazines and high fire rate, but lower damage to keep things fair.
Bolt-action for the Military Sniper? Is that even doable? Probably with the right skin mod. I'll do some research and see how it could be done.
Fast-shooting Military Sniper is very doable. I'd make it a scoped 5.56mm rifle.
And lastly, a pump-action version of a double-barrel. I don't know about this one... I really don't like the idea of having multiple versions of the same scripts, because it becomes a maintainence nightmare. If I want to change one thing for one of my mods, I have to edit a few more to the exact same change. I dont know if it'd be worth it just to use the same gun on a different slot.
Well, congratulations. You've interested me. :) Next on my list are Gritty Realism semi-auto shotguns, but I like some of your suggestions.
Duel revolvers I can do, and I'm pretty sure I saw a skin mod that does that.
Rifle stats for SMGs... You mean 30-round magazines and slightly high damage with a tad slower fire rates? I could do that. Like Gritty Realism SMGs.
Secondary SMGs are interesting. I'd probably only do it for the two original SMGs, not the MP5, since the other two seem pistol-ish enough to fit into a secondary role. The downside would be that they'd likely no longer be able to gib zombies, since I'd have to give them the Pistol's ammo type for infinite ammo.

Due to you making Double Barrel i want to ask you last least make one for the pump shotgun but make it 1 and when shot it feel like it has fired 2 shot. And Maybe make one as a secondary too.
Reason
After playing with the default stats, i not really like them. Cause the gun in the game feel the same like basically clone of each other and it does. So i want a diverse set of weapon to choose and play with and not clone overshadow another weapon or too power. Probably why i like realism in gaming and other topic too much.
Yeah, it has been a while. Interestingly, I'm currently, right at this very moment working on three separate double-barrel shotgun scripts, so I might just add yours into the to-do pile if it interests me enough.
So... Thusly I challenge you. Tell me what you want. Why does the world need the script you suggest? What are the specifics of what you're after? Interest me. Wow me. >:D
Also any change making the military sniper into AWM?
Can't find a script that feel like it due to most of what i found is too weak/strong too fast firing speed and having large magazine.
