Look here and use the weights, thats a more realistic concrete mod and it works fine since i made it... https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2258965977

round blocks and half & Quarter Round corner blocks are desired.

I totally agree that Concrete has a high durability with regard to taking weapon fire.
with the downside being it weighs a LOT!
in fact, small arms fire like NATO 5.56 ammunition won't do squat other than splatter against a Concrete wall.
Concrete is also quite good against energy based weapons given it's crystalline structure and makeup.
perfect for Ground bases, or Space Stations stuck on Asteroids.
not so good on ships except as Ballast for Naval/Marine watercraft with the Water Mod.

the cost of a 5x5x1 is roughly 104 girders and 400ish concrete which is a ton of gravel. it will rip through your gravel quickly.

Can you describe the crafting cost please

Are these immune to thruster damage?

And the original just updated :)

Good to know, and good enough for me! I can deal with missing things, I can't deal with random things not working. Thanks.

Sort of, the removed blocks are the ones with the collision issues.
Fox 4 Mar, 2019 @ 2:18pm
Have the collision bounds been updated so these are solid? (The referenced original mod suffered missing/incorrect collisions for some blocks in certain(?) orientations, according to their threads.)

I'm desperate for a way to use all of the gravel you wind up with in the new progression changes - reaping hundreds of cubic meters of stone to strip mine down 100m for the only Cobalt I can find, and I can't get there without cheating (destroying spare Gravel by exploiting that it's a game) because A) No cobalt for Metal Grids, B) No storage without metal grids.

This is Aerosabe's mod for those wondering, he changed his name https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=303959338

'But ill get to adding them in the future'

Is it the Future yet? LOL :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

Could you put the link in for Aerosabes concrete mod so people have a reference to it. (because it is supposedly based on the mod)
Next to this I would like to see what materials are used for building the concrete blocks (hence the above). I am looking for a concrete mod that only uses gravel for the ingredients and maybe some iron for girders. the heavy part is good though I want it to be wonderfull for building stations.

I really liked the textures from Aerosabe's 633337351 though, is there any hope that you would add those textures instead of these, it makes the repetitive texture tolerable :) Thank you for adding the wait though, I wanted the concrete for structures, not ships!

Neat to have these back! Now I can convert my outpost into concrete and get all that iron back, that I really need for other things...

like a brick house with rockets strapped to it?
always ask wheather you could and never if you should.
KhanTheMad 10 Sep, 2018 @ 3:14pm
seems to work well, also some guys tried to make a ship out of it and it flew about as well as youd think even with tier 4 thrusters
Kosmoski  [author] 10 Sep, 2018 @ 12:31pm
make cement.
CommanderBoppo 10 Sep, 2018 @ 10:24am
How do youcraft them?
KhanTheMad 29 Aug, 2018 @ 10:35pm
will give this a test on my server and let you know of any issues

Would not mind seeing some pillars, cylindrical stuff, etc
