@The King of the Hive Someone else manually puts in the mod files in the correct directory. I'm not sure whether this directory is the same as with Windows. Try searching Youtube for guides. Look at my workshop for other mods, all civilizations.

THANKS man!!!!You're great! I proudly say that Bulgaria is my country. Now Bulgaria isn't big (territorial), but if we look back in time, Bulgaria was a great empire with so many culture and history behing it's back! ;)

im always surprised that in neither official games of CIV never appear this civ. Bulgaria is one of the most powerful estates in the Middle Ages. From my point of view, this always has been the great absence of the saga.

Well, I kind of stopped caring about whether it's OP, lol. If a civ doesn't give you a clear advantage, then it's rather boring to play with in my opinion :P
If you start in the industrial era, the UU and UA won't do you any good.
Might remove one of the UA bonuses, but then again, some people claim it's fine.
