Download the Killing Floor 2 SDK from the tools section then use KFEditor.exe make

how did you guys compile .uc files, did you grab a old udk3 or did you somehow find a functional ucc.exe ?

Ah those two mods are not compatible sadly, this mod should allow multiple gamemode votes aswell as it uses the same system as UKFP does

Hmmm... maybe it was my fault since I was running Unofficial Patch in tandem with this. I was running UP to choose the gamemode since I wouldl ove for this to be a gamemode in my server. Would this perhaps be the reason why it shows all broken?

Not broken, but you can check by using the version below. If it still happens then it may be something specific to you but without more info I can't debug it

I've a question, upon launching this mod it causes for my GUI to disappear, for the status screen to become all glitchy, and for my levels to become 255 in the UI but 0 in game. Is this mod broken?

and most map i played is really dark and it's unplayable without flashlight. but from this update the flashlight only can be used with 9mm pistol just like KF1. how to disable it? i checked the config but there's no flashlight related stuff

and shooting FP head is really difficult cuz still using KF2 walking animation which he literally shaking his left and right. Especially with the crossbow, in KF1 it's hitscan but it's now projectile, smaller hitbox, no fullscreen scope.

I just played the newer version and it's more likely KF1, but still large zeds and boss damage dealing too much.

All of these issues are fixed in a untested update I've been working on for a few weeks. I'll see if I can get it released soon or if you wish to try it yourself

and picking up field spawned weapons not listed in the trader shop and i can't sell it. also lever-action rifle picked up from the field spawned works like original KF2 LAR, not modified by this mod

thanks for answering but even in the normal difficulty patriach is not possible to beat. the every attack deals too much damage even wearing full combat armor.

Add ?Difficulty=0-3 to the commandline, 0 is normal and 3 is HOE

Great mode, easily one of my favorites! Is there any way to bring back certain newer gameplay elements (for example shoving and parrying) without completely reverting to the modern gameplay?

Sadly they are only generated when used, you need to manually create them by making a KFMutatorSummary entry for the mutator inside of KFGame.ini

im running this mod exclusively @ 209.8.126.123:7777 if anyone is interested in playing this, the server runs exclusively on ported KF1 maps to try and provide that KF1 feel with whats available on the workshop. Exiled Coalition is a community built around Killing Floor 1 so this is a great addition for anyone on KF2 wanting to somewhat experience the thrill of KF1.

not sure how close you want this to kf1, i think its ok if its not exactly like kf1 but if you did want it as close as possible, things i did notice was the lever action being a little more weaker than it was on kf1, zed spawn count per wave isnt accurate, spawns arent accurate at least for when scrakes and fleshpounds do appear, scrakes on kf1 dont show up till wave 5+ and fleshpounds dont show up till 7+ and i did notice them showing up earlier on this mod, but yeah, just what ive gathered so far from playing it a few times and testing things out. great job though, i dont know if youre still developing this mod further as im aware that kf2 isnt the best place right now for modding but yeah.

I'm not sure if I completed this install in the most efficient way but it's working and I'm looking forward to testing it out further. So far, I like the touch where the doors respawn during the next wave after zeds break through your weld!

i tried this out and when i went to run kf2 it wont even open now and ive reinstalled and checked the files mutiple times and i dunno what to do but im loseing hope
