Hi,
First and foremost: thank you for your good work!!

Any details about what this mod changes? I mean „rebalanced/revamped/improved/changed/adjusted“ does not help me and is often very subjective i think.
Questions are:
- last the battles longer or shorter than vanilla dei?
- are projectiles more or less deadly?
- is armour of units more or less important?
- is movement speed of units adjusted?
- what means „revamped unit behaviour“?

In short a brief comparison of the results of all tweaked stats/mechanics to corresponding vanilla ones would be very helpful i think.

Found the reason—it wasn't updated to the latest version of Dei (v1.3.4), but it's working now

If you're referring to camera shake in Rome 2: Total War, go to the game settings and look for the option to disable camera shake.

This mod should be prioritized above all other mods in your load order. Ensure that both players have the same mod order for optimal compatibility. If you still encounter issues, it's possible that one of you has a different version of this mod or a different Dei mod pack. As a final troubleshooting step, consider clearing the Steam download cache to resolve any lingering problems.

My buddy and I have more then 20k hours combined in Total War, especially in Co-op campaigns. Our games/load orders are verified/installed at the same time every time. Can you put advice in the description of this mod where this mod should be in the load order or do you know?

If you want to play co-op with this mod, it’s crucial that both you and your partner have the exact same mods installed. If one of you has a mod in 'movie' format that doesn't show up in the Mod Manager, the game won't work correctly.

As for this mod, if it is indeed the issue, you and your partner should do the following: unsubscribe, restart Steam, and then subscribe again. The mod should work now.

AI is good in battle but.... Hoplite have too much distance between them.... sparabara too, pike phalanx too.. They make shield wall in reallity :)

Yes, the charge is way more powerful, because this mod ain't DEI and does not try to be like DEI!

The speed of a cavalry charge, even with their wounded/dead horses immediately after an impact with the tip of your soldiers spears, that mass of humans and animals on that speed, does not disappear anywhere like magic, but will go like a punch in the front line of your soldiers, wipping and knocking them out. This is reality, not mambo-jumbo with rock paper scissors!

But as you can see, those 3 best roman cavalry units, they didn't win in the end as you stated..so "EASILY" this means that this mod does not violate ANY original DEI outcome!

The rest, just stop wasting my time. 👏

There is a reason DEI team is GOAT tier. Take this mod as a modder preference and not an upgrade to the original. AI cavalry runs head long into elite spears and or spears in formation and easily defeats them...units in formation with shields and decent armor take 50% casualties from a few missile volleys. And I wish you would detail the actual changes you made in the mod so people could make an informed decision about it. I imagine people will try this and find out it breaks DEI as DEI is designed around very specific combat styles, with a rock paper scissors mindset being very important.

Oh good to know, i already was thinking i made something wrong here. Great mod btw. mate. This feels so much better than original DEI combat. Especially the spacing of units is more realistic. The 1 thing that bothers me only a little bit is the walking animation of foot soldier. It could be a little bit smoother. Otherwise a masterpiece of a mod. :)

Hmm, it's kinda realistic, less chess on the battlefield between units, but I could lower that speed, cuz I do also liked the Pharaon battle speed who I tried to copy after, but in my tests the speed is preaty low, most of the times I got +10 minutes per battle. Perhaps it is so because my test are made in custom battels with more than half of elite units. I'll see if i'll change anything. Anyway, Thx for your feedback RexJayden

Menumorit, thanks for taking the time to make this mod. Please update your description to let folks know that while this mod makes battles more CHAOTIC, it does so very speedily. This mod's battle speed came off as arcady and FAR faster than the DEI normal battle speed. I had no time to maneuver and enjoy the slug of battle...I could barely keep up, if I am being honest. @JioPilgrim, bingo! It doesn't change the stats of DEI units at all, but with all other "tricks" and tweaks, the battles will be and feel different, will add more CHAOS in general combat

Hey, but does this mod change the attack/defense values of units? I can't see any differencies in units stats. In what order of loading should it be put, before or after the three parts of DEI?
