M99 has it's own sight texture in it's packaged UPK so it should not affect this gun's sight. I cannot recreate your problem on my end.

Hellow! I can't manage to use the Kobra sight, I just paste the file on Weapons/Optics and overwrite, nothing happens in game. I've tried in My Documents/My Games/blablabla.. and still the same. I saw you were using the dot sight at screenshots too.

Note = I have a custom sight for M99 but it shouldnt affect the Kobra sight one. (I guess?)
