Dumb question? No, is difficult:
V180 "Deutsche Reichsbahn" is the same locomotive after July 1970 as BR118

All information in german "Deutsche Reichsbahn" (East Germany)

ist es ein großer Aufwand dieses und weitere Lokmodelle von dir Wendezug fähig zu machen für die neue integrierte Wendezug funktion? MfG

No. Not even close. The only similarity is that they are both diesel.

Ja die Lok hat einen eigenen Sound, der wird aber sehr wahrscheinlich nochmal überarbeitet.
