Dumb question? No, is difficult:
V180 "Deutsche Reichsbahn" is the same locomotive after July 1970 as BR118

All information in german "Deutsche Reichsbahn" (East Germany)

Ja die Lok hat einen eigenen Sound, der wird aber sehr wahrscheinlich nochmal überarbeitet.
