The book is included in the inventory of the Kehsan noble "game start" character.
All Kehsans can be recruited if you get all the items.
You need the Lost Legends book and either Worn Journal or Worn Notebook, the worn books come on some of the characters in the game starts but you can find them in the Kings house too.
Update~ added cut resistance efficiency values to all custom armors that were missing it.
Fixed the cut resistance efficiency for Royal armor.
It is controlled by (cut into stun) and is described "amount of cut damage that is converted to stun damage"
I had it set to 1 like all the attributes on that armour (its very OP) now it is set at 0.2 and gives 80% efficiency
Auto update added values to 7 items all of which are quest items, i did a test and they still function properly.
Special thanks to @ahh_carp for catching the armors weak spot :D
Thanks i'll take a look and do some adjusting, the armors were made before the efficiency was added and when it was auto updated i missed it i guess. Should be able to fix pretty quick :D
I've always found her/him standing by Fire's or Ice's buildings.

Fixed recruitment for the nobles which was broken with the mercenary ai update.
It works much better now after those updates fixes.
I am currently working on a fix to it in the new character compilation mod with all my characters reduced to vanilla stats which will include 6 Kehsans, 6 Moonlanders, 6 Demons and Sylvai.
When i work it out there i will update here with the fix.
and just figured out i had to do that with a new mod. I lost all of my original mod files for this mod and others so i can't update my older mods but heres a link for bodies that can be used at a plastic surgeon with import. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1519009565
They are all immortal (don't bleed/eat, self healing) and are pretty tough so i ussually leave them as fortress guards but they are fun to pwn stuff with too for revenge lol
Luna Moonlander mod is basically the same as the Kehsans but she heals abit faster, if you want another immortal.
To activate his shop you need to have both fire and ice horn and the kings horn or book, the keeper will only sell to you once though. Glad you found it, i thought i left enough clues without spelling it out.
No dialog aside from talking to the king when he is in a transe, but when I talk to him and try and get the book, doesn't pop up in my inventory. Am I missing something.
