I’m a little bit stuck at avenger assault mission because game doesn’t let me pick soldiers for the 2 squad but your mod fix that problem
How are the reinforcements useless? Do they just stand there? Are you using RPGO? If yes then that's a known and unfixed RPGO bug. Maybe the Highlander [github.com] will fix it in time.

I use only the alternative uploader but for some reason steam just didn't want to accept an image for this mod.
Also try out Robojumpers Alternative Mod Uploader to fix your preview image.. I've the same thing before and RJAML let me fix it by selecting a new image :)

Could something like Open Squad Select At Any Time be interfering? Are there any known conflicts that just haven't been mentioned in the description?
This mod doesn't change anything related to the user interaction. It edits basically one variable which says "this missions allows this many people on it".
Your best bet would be probably to report it on robo's squad select
Does that stack up? Would a save help?
There seems to be an issue when running this with "More Squad Size Upgrades"
To allow that mod to affect squad sizes I've set bDontTouchSquadSize=true in robojumper's Squad Select's XComGame.ini
Upshot appears to be that whilst a full 10 person squad is shown, I can't rotate the soldiers and so edit the extra ones.
Usu my squad comprise of 1 soldier from each class witch is 13 + 1 Spark from thes mod
1x leader k class
1x spark
3x from proficiency class perk
9x LW2 class and perk
I was referring to the number of soldier of 14
If game file: witch one and will I need a different tool or wordpad will do?

Yes, but this mission overrides the global squad size so you will still get only 10 soldiers unless you modified this mission specifically

Not in the same way, no, since the old one uses xcom reinforcements mechanic
