The primary issue with this is rather when. Primarily, this is due to the fact that I've entered university not too long ago, which leaves me quite short on time to to many things besides schoolwork.
By my own estimate, I'd imagine that I'd be available to update this mod sometime around Christmas, presumably. Though, it remains to be seen.
I haven't abandoned this project yet, so it will be updated whenever I have the time to do so.
Either way, I'm happy that there is still some interest in this little mod of mine. Cheers!
Quite unlikely in terms of making unique models, since I don't have the skills to do so. In terms of giving generic models new textures with a more Swedish touch, that is more do-able. Especially so for light tanks, as the generic light tank model is a Swedish Strv. m/39!
Other than this, I don't really think I can do much more modding of the models as I am now.
Either way, I'm happy you like my mod! I hope it can bring much enjoyment to playing as Sweden in the future as well.
Btw this mod kicks ass, whenever i play a mod overhauling sweden without gfx i use this one, makes it 1000x better even if the units on the map aren't the same.
Cheers!
I managed by accident to push some unfinished content onto the actual mod subscription, so if any issues are encountered when using the mod as-is now, then I apologize in advance for any issues related to using this mod with or without NSB.
I'm trying to sort this out as fast as I can, so I hope there wont be anything too major breaking before I can get to correcting it.
I discovered that PDX seem to not have added any separation between the NSB and non-NSB armour tech-trees for Amphibious Tanks, Super Heavy Tanks and Modern Tanks; as a consequence, it is possible that icons intended for the non-NSB tree will appear in the NSB tree as of the current version.
I cannot verify this, however, since I do not own the NSB DLC. The only lead I have is that to make the aforementioned equipment icons to appear is by using code meant for tank chassis in NSB. Therefore, reporting any bugs NSB players might experience with this mod is of exceptional importance to the mod's future compatability with NSB. While the means to properly fix any such issues with the equipment types mentioned prior is out of my hands at the moment, I will still catalogue any bugs encountered for later fixing.
Thanks, Cheers!
For starters, I updated the mod version to 1.11. I'll try to fix any lasting issues that have cropped up since my depature, and see if I can add relevant icons where they are missing for the players who have the NSB DLC.
Though, the code has changed a bit so who knows how long it will take. Either way, this mod will have a little bit more life added to it. Cheers!
Either way, I'm happy that people still like my work enough to say something about. Cheers!
Though, I see your point.
Anyways, if you've read the description you'll have found that I've left the project frozen in the previous patch, so I haven't supported this mod with any new updates since April last year; Mostly due to a loss of interest in modding. Though, I might come back to update and review the mod if I get the interest back. No promises, though.
Sure, you have my permission to make use of my icons for your mod, provided full credit and link is given
Would it be alright with you if I integrated this GFX mod into my mod? Full credit and link would be given in the description, of course.
Thank you.
Sure, you can borrow my mod to bake into your own; just leave credit and a workshop link back here, then you can use it

The reason why I push this requirement is to more easily keep track of where this mod is being used, and by who. If it is a nameless project with no easily found page, then keeping track becomes much more difficult. This requirement is largely for my own convenience.
Pardon any misunderstanding by my failure to inform in the description; it's been corrected.
If the mod does have that, then I'd like if you could share a link to it.
I hope that my work has made your Sweden experience in HOI IV more enjoyable, and that you will continue using my mod in the future.
Basically all of the main icons have been finished now, with only battlecruisers and super-heavy battleships being the icons left to do in that category.
Though, I still have some tank sub-icons to do, and there are some reworks of old icons planned as well.
Woo yaaay
I won't be adding any icons to the other major nations, as this mod exclusively focuses on Sweden's inventory of equipment.
And finally, thanks for the compliment! I try to make my icons as good as I can muster, so I'm happy that they're good!
P.S. ths for your work, probably the best Swedish icons rework on Steam
More things to come at a later date.
Tell me if anything else doesn't work, or is up to snuff!
@Janos I could probably do so, if I have space for it, and if some icons need to be swapped. I'll have to go through and see what works, though.
1.artillery,: 15cm and 24cm 30cm Rocketlaunchers and the 9cm Antitankgun.
2. The lansen tank (Heavy) + Stormartillerivagn m/43
3. For Armored Infantery M28 (Landsverk 5), Pansarbil m/40 + british-licene U-Carrier
We, the Kaiserreich team, wishes to incorporate these Swedish Tech GFXs into our own mod - should the permission be given. All credits will be duly given as always.
More icons to come whenever I have the time!
I've got a new update with ship icons coming up right now!
