Game loads without having DLC need for it.

@Axelanius It says at the top below the asset image "Building, Commercial, Commercial Leisure"

This indicates it's growable as leisure.

hello? is this growable?

thanks for not putting any props out the front, that means i can put it on an elevated walkway without blocking the path with glitched props

@CanardFessée I planned to harmonize all these shops as normal commercials instead of leisure. I already need to correct some luminosity issues on my shops ;) the classification change will occur at this time. Specific leisure assets will be done in the future.

can you make a version that does not need the dlc? (normal commercial low density)
Gruny  [author] 16 Sep, 2018 @ 1:44am
@matthiaspowerbomb I take not

I don't like specializations as I can't place them next to normal commercial.

@LordGruny Ok now i can found all of them by Find it

Thank you so much

@Editfish @wolfgames SushiShop has been redefined has a commercial with leisure specialization to match with its restaurant typology (still in test, I'm waiting for more feedbacks about the specialization or not).
So, in the vanilla game, you need to define a leisure area to make it pop.
Otherwise, you can use some mods like Find it to find it more easily, Move it to place it correctly and Plop the growables to avoid any zone restriction/despawn and lock its evolution.
Plapypuss 15 Sep, 2018 @ 12:14am
I'm so sorry but how do you place these???
Editfish 14 Sep, 2018 @ 11:11pm
I'm having trouble finding these in the menu?

I can, however, find them via search, but they despawn after placement? What am I doing wrong?
Gruny  [author] 14 Sep, 2018 @ 1:51pm
The first update has been deployed with lighter textures (file reduced by half).
New color variations for bricks.
New illumination map, the building lights up properly at night.
The entrance to the restaurant has been correctly placed.
It seemed right to define SushiShop as a restaurant, so it was specified in leisure. (it will attract tourists)
Let me know if you have any trouble.

@ligne7 Merci !

@baronjutter Thank you ;) I took pleasure making the fictive Mancini pizzeria and I think create more generic assets with fictive brandings. I think more dual works based on a similar model like SushiShop (real) and Mancini (fictive retexturing on the same model) could be a good compromise.

I absolutely love the concept of these. but if I can beg/request anything it's to maybe make a line of more generic fantasy shops rather than particular regional chains. Make up names, what ever works, but have them generic so they could be used in any city anywhere and could represent all sorts of one-off local businesses rather than chains.

Great set of assets, these shops. Very useful. Thank you
