Hey Dev. Any chance this could be ported to both OPFOR and INDEP sides? i think it would be useful for opening up more possibilities for mission makers. Provided doing so is not a colossal pain in the dick?

Great job, but why didn't you retexture any of the AAF vehicles? I would use this a lot more if only the Mora, Gorgon, and Strider were textured rather than the NATO vehicles.

@Jacorith No, didn't hear of it before. But I am always open for reasonable ideas, so I will look into it. It will take some time though, as I am currently working on refitting some textures and bringing helicopters into the mod.

Hey there, I was wondering if you've heard of the LM UNited Rebirth mod? It never came to fruition due to the author losing all data but he had some really solid ideas that may fall in line with this mod. Stuff like a UN guard corp that used the stealth helmet retextured in blue with black accents like the rails, with heavier vests. I think it'd be a cool addition, or maybe a secondary mod or something.

The CADPAT Texture Project has been released! What does this mean for the UN Texture Project. The CADPAT Textures in the UN Texture Project are soon to be removed and a optional mod for the CADPAT Texture Project, containing premade Canadian UN Units will be released.Next in line are the changes for the UN Textures, so stay safe and stay tuned.

@Scipio I'm glad you like it. Certainly I could do that, but I don't want to bother everyone who is interested in this mod by increasing the file size that much.

I've thought about that topic for longer now and I'll probably remove the CADPAT uniform from this mod and move it into its own CADPAT project, which will have a optional mod that'll add Canadian UN units. I think that would be a good compromise.

But please, don't expect this to happen very soon. I'm currently in my final exams and retexturing can take quite some time. I'll have more to tell around june or july, probably.

@MikeyPoo Bags and more uniforms are definetly on the list for future updates. Reskins from not A3 vanilla assets will, as stated before, not be included in this mod.

So you can basically take whatever equipment then reskin it right? If so, I have some addons that might interest you to reskin or whatever. Like any of the RHS or just from arma 3 itself. Perhaps some UN bags and more camo clothes?

@Timberhawk Thank you for the suggestion! You bring up a good argument, so I'll definitely look into it. The bright headgear (I think you refer to the PASGT helmet) is known, I just hadn't the time to fix it yet. Headgear textures are sumtimes a little stubborn regarding their brightness, which results in long testing times and a lot of frustration on my side. But I promise, I'll look into it.

The box bug... yeah, nothing I can do about it. I reported it to BI, let's see what they come up with.

that was my main concern, other than that I think some of the headgear may be a little too bright to combine well with the vests, and there's a bug where the blue container on the HEMMT becomes green when you're farther away.

I hope you found this feedback useful, and I'm looking forward to see what else you will include in the future. keep it up!

however, I do like the idea of a plate carrier that is not simply a completely blue recolour, so allow me to make a suggestion: make the basic plate carrier blue (front and back armour, as well as the straps), but all the pouches, which are modular and would be transferred from the soldiers' original plate carrier, could be green or desert tan. the same applies to the helmet; make the parts actually bolted on to the helmet blue (maybe a bit darker blue to enhance the difference in materials), and the camera, light and strobe black/green/tan.

hey, I'm loving the mod, and I'm using it a lot.

however, I'd like to give some feedback:

Imho, the NATO recoulors don't really make sense; not only is the colour combination somewhat jarring (colour theory teaches us that blue and green tend to clash), but I think the very concept is somewhat contradictory; because of the pattern used by the MOLLE webbing it implies that someone made a plate carrier that is at the same time designed to be seen (UN blue), as well as designed to be not seen (camo green), which is rather weird.

Neither you nor a mod/scenario caused that issue. Previously I was unable to retexture these panels and the crate some HEMTT variants have loaded (because they were loaded as a proxy, not a part of the model - at least thats what I understood), but it seems like BI changed that recently without me noticing.
So, thank you for reporting that issue! A fix should be out in a hour or something close to that.

Hi, I encounter a little bug with the transport HEMTT vehicles model where the plate floor where normally the soldiers sit on is missing. So it looks like they are sitting on nothing.

I am unsure if it was the Dynamic Ops mod caused that issue, but I wanted to let you know so you could look into it if it's something new to you.

Great project though. I love using it and RPing as the UN during custom random missions.
