All my texture packs do have the same file sizes (unless I forgot to 'shrink' them, but I do look after that when upgrading a mod to the new workshop, so this should only be relevant for mods not upgraded yet).
The textures do need ~5.7 mb for all changes in my full texture packs (depends only on used colores, not details).
So v5 and v7 are larger for they cdo hange more graphics. Beside this in the new workshop the size of the main preview image is added. So the shown size is a little larger.
So if it's only for the size - you can choose what you like most - size is not a matter (using one of my mods of course - there are texture mods with 40mb+ in the workshop..). :)
All togetherl, the newer the terrain pack, the more smooth are my terrains. Styles vary a little so single terrains may be less smooth in some packs than in an earlier ones. The most smooth should be 'v6 plain'.
... my computer kinda really sucks and i have pretty low fps in-game. if there is a smallest/lightest texture pack - cold version - it would be awesome ! give me some news my friend ! oh and by the way, thanks for your amazing mod i love you
For the buildings - technically I can. BUT that's really time consuming, and last time I worked with unit graphics containing player color I had some problems with the player color areas. So I can't say if and when I'll take a look at that.
There are 2 or 3 tiles that were placed wrong in the early version.
The most actual version available seperately (2.5) is fixed.
There is just no cold version of it yet.
they go 3 screens up in the air it looks silly
I'll recomend it to others for sure :D
For the game objects not looking as cold as on the screens:
As I mentioned in the description, I did all graphical changes to the screens after taking them, so they cover a lot more objects then really are changed.
But I published a seperate mod in the meantime, changing the trees to cold looking ones:

For buildings/units there is no mod available for now changing them to cold ones.

For the trees, they were made with you in mind, thought you might like to have them in a cold shape as well.^^
If you want it a bit more blue, you could use my V3 and download it seperately - but that isn't cold except I do a cold version of that too.
