I have been thinking of combining this and Oki as u love his models, just never got around to doing it yet.

And yea 800 meters that is way to close for space combat. But its not just balance it was also for reasons of lag too.

so i love this mod better SE experience imo however i was wondering if you were interested in doing something similar with okie and the other cannnon mod? and making the combined weapons mod but with better ranges (imo there should be no range limit in space but for the sake of klang and balance) these ranges are perfect

Shuuuuush I don't want that to sneak out!!!! oh well Yes yes the Magnetic coil cannon has the 40km range, it was not changed at all.

Just read the patch notes of your update, I love all the changes, especially the 4k reach. Though, I wonder, should the Magnetic Coil Cannon, be 4k? I remember in the base mod it was/is 40k, allowing for orbital bombardment.

ok folks i just did a rush recomplie from the base mod, and added in my longer range, and deviate angle adjustments it "should" now be ready for you to go have fun with.

some how it seems that the weapons were nerfed in this mod compared to the origional they dont seem to do as much damage or impulse to ships

This mod is out dated and i have not played much Space Engineers recently. I Do plan to attempt to get back into Space Engineers, but i do not know when I'll be getting back and update this mod.

it is a requirement for the base mod so it is a requirement for this edited version.

As for the view sync thingy is it the same server, new servers or a singleplayer world?

no matter what i do, my sync distance keeps resetting against my will back to 3000m

Edits to the description to let server owners know where to look for the file that needs to be edited to increase sync distance.

The sync setting should be in the server save files sandbox.sbc look for <SyncDistance> I have mine set to 15000 veiw with a 7500 sync distance.

if you can, contact me i have a few requests that would make this mod be my number 1 weapon on the clear gaming servers but edits are needed and I really dont have time to edit every mod my self so if you want to support the our server

Both the bullet range and the AI engagment range have been incressed. As for right now the damage has not been changed, But i might be reducing Them as the start out at 5,000 and run upwards of 10,000 for the larger guns.

If I do reduce the damage it would be more around the lower end of the hundrends going up to maybe 5,000. As it stands 500 is the stock missile damage, and the small and large caliber stock guns do 50 and 150.

is that stated the ai range of the weapons or the bullet range of the weapons? also if i run this on my server i would need to know if you have edited the weapon strength value to or if you plan to
