In addition I would love there to be a dark theme mod for the remaining three acts, in which you add props and change the lighting for the rest of the game - such as you do in this mod.
I forgot to move those over.
It's on the beach before you reach the entrance to the fort (up on top of the broken bridge). It's really nothing special though.

That should work I think.
Yes it should be safe to use on saved games. However it's always good to back up your save just in case.
I haven't tested it, but I think if it's last in the load order it might work, however I would assume the day/night cycle wouldn't start working until after you got past the fort joy town area.
