怎么说呢,原版虽然没有特色,但是标记队的强度还是有保证的,这个更改有特色了,但是我感觉还没有原来好使了,原来是一回合内,队友打标记,起码就可以保证一回合死一个怪物的节奏,这个修改一开始很惊艳,但是实际用了一阵子觉得没有原版的好用,他首先是没有自己增益的BUFF,在没有队友辅助都情况下保证不了伤害,但问题是队友辅助肯定不会优先选他,他自己本身的辅助技能也没有什么突出的地方,回压力回的太少,而且回血也不能治疗流血或者腐蚀,作为前排辅助给队友的BUFF也不行,我知道原版也没有这些,但好歹原版在标记队里有伤害啊
我原先想的可能是原版火枪的PLUS版本,比如绷带回血可以治疗流血,或者增加点自己位移的技能,以及小手枪可以改成反击,或者像一些MOD里增加贯穿伤,而不是一个像现在这样的前排辅助

She lacks a proper move on Auxiliar mode, or some boost in base damage. Group stress heal is all well and good but only when u need it. Quick draw dmg is lower than average even against stunned enemies, +230% dmg mod on top of -75% base dmg multiples to 80% or so. I fully understand that it's supposed to be a downtime every turn in between two +20% base dmg armor piercing attacks. But when you compare it to shieldbreaker's piercing skill, you'll find that open fire is only slightly greater in dmg while lacking a bit of accuracy, not to mention the target positions.

aunque encontre 2 bugs un poco extraños, a veces open fire no aplica el debuff de precicion y covert fire aplica el debuff a la resistencia al aturdimiento aun cuando no impacta
sigo el mod con esmero y te avisare si encuentro bugs

PD: me eh dado cuenta que cuando se me suscribo a este mod dejan de generarse mosqueteros, revise el .info y la generacion esta en "false" y eso impide que se generen, no se si solo sea yo

sobre que es la version mas gustada es por que era la version que todos conocieron y amaron, al cambiarla era obvio que no se sentiria como antes y al no sentirse que era como la encontraron no gusto tanto como la primera vez, con balancear un poco el daño, curacion de estres y reflexión de daño debería estar bien

@yddgra estuve intentando una idea parecida a lo que mencinas sobre la guardia dandole como 20 rondas, pero en la segunda (y consecutivas) guardias que podia hacer tras los primeros disparos (-% de guardia recibida) la guardia acababa durando casi nada si habias disparado mucho. El problema es que la tooltip esta medio glitch y lo muestra erroneamente asi que decidi descartarlo. De la forma en que me lo recomiendas, pese a que es una idea genial, no es precisamente posible ya que el juego no permite mucho con lo que nos ofrece.

Sobre su poder de ataque... la diferencia es que antes era mucho mas inconsistente, pero su poder sigue siendo el mismo (o inferior en comparacion a v1.3 tras esperar algunas rondas).

Posiblemente revierta a la version anterior, que aunque sea mas compleja si es mas interesante de jugar pues valdra mucho mas la pena (ademas que es la version mas gustada)

pd: como decidas hacerlo esta bien, es tu mod y supone que te sientas satisfecho con el, pero mencione esto por que senti que pisaste el acelerador a fondo con eso de ponerla mas en peligro y a mi en lo personal me hubiera gustado que se quedara con la guarda mas larga por su bajo hp y baja evasion

con esto te recomendaria una cosa, no cambies directamente el estilo a guardia/tiro y se acabo la guardia, no se si sea posible pero si puedes hacer que la guardia se rompa sola si el que la hace llega a cierto punto como 40% puntos de golpe seria un "ya no te cubrire mas" quedando expuesta, y mientras este en guardia vaya perdiendo un 20% (-1% al penalizador por nivel) de daño en vez de precision, esto representaria que el cañon sucio empieza a no quemar toda la polvora y pierde potencia, ahi seria cargar (sus movimientos en aux) conservando el estilo tiro/carga, proteccion y asi no quedaria tan a salvo ni seria demaciado op

el peligro real en el que esta clase esta es estar en linea frontal, recibira la mayoria de los ataques pesados y quick draw no da suficiente abasto como para ser un ataque "basico" osea la fuente base de daño, y darle penetracion a open fire le da mucho poder, si sientes personalmente que esta muy a salvo es precisamente por eso por tu estilo, ya que mientras que una clase pueda hacer una cosa, hara muchas mas en manos de quienes la jueguen con otros estilos (tal vez no esperabas escuchar esto pero yo le ponia un item de curacion de estres), por ejemplo esta el flagellant, puede ser un dps y para eso esta pensado, pero y si lo colocas al final atras y le das items de curacion? yo lo hago y creeme es un curandero de miedo con la regeneracion y su skill de curacion, sin mencionar que cura cada que llega a las puertas de la muerte.

@yddgra en ese caso mejor te hablo en español que estaremos mas comodos.

Si, habia tenido en cuenta lo que me dices pero fueron pocas las ocasiones en las que la Musketeer se encontraba en peligro real (posiblemente por mi estilo de juego), asi que senti la necesidad de forzarla en situaciones mas peligrosas para asi darle mas "emocion". Posiblemente haya sido un error, pero es algo que se soluciona facilmente.

Personalmente me gusta mas la version 1.3, simplemente porque me gustan mas las clases mas complejas pero con mayor potencial, que la actual que es mas sencillita. Sin embargo tenia la curiosidad de experimentar y ver como podria acabar la clase. Es muy probable que revierta algunos cambios e implemente lo que me ha gustado de la actual (el nuevo Phalanx me gusta mas honestamente), pero dejare algo mas de tiempo hasta tomar una decision.

don't worrt about the too safe, if they have a force guard skill you usually use the skill to have them safe almost every turn (like antiquarian in 3 or 4 rank), the thing is she must be in frontline so heavy damage attacks will deal massive damage to another heroe, and attacks aiming both ranks 1+2 will hit her if you're being guarded by lepper/crusader, if you're being guarded by 3 or 4 line usually will be dodger or healer (like grave rober or healing vestal) and this is the point, you decide to be guarded for the tank, dps or healer and we know the safe answer now that the guard only add 15% damage reflection

@yddgra did you liked the "recharge" as well? Hahah, oh man... I think I made a mistake!
Don't worry, I'll change her, I just felt she was too safe in her Vanguard so I'm trying different stuff.

I'll most likely try some quick changes or revert the changes to v1.3 and improve from there (by mixing both versions). That's the thing with early versions I guess but I hope I can reach that "sweet spot" I wish for her.

the balance of damage reflection is good i like it more now, the problem is the one thing i loved was firing and being covered then change formation to auxiliar taking the time to "recharge" doing some aux moves, but now is just cover>shot and the musketeer gets fully exposed... in front line not even one turn of guard, this new patch add armor piercing to open fire leading to a overpowered butter and bread attack, then forces you to have someone able to guard her because of this, and even having the guard not being in vanguard reduces her damage, if you have quick draw it does mosquito damage

well it was lovely having her as the 1-line shoter for a time, hiting the favourite only in case you do another change to a longer guard (as i said i'm fine with the other changes)

Version 2.0.3 is on live. There was some big change to make her a little more balanced and less complex. This could be a drastic change but I hope her playstyle still remains the same than previously.

@Seveers: this mod requires the DLC enabled to be functional. In this way this mod can share some non-mechanical related content such skins or lore changes... so yeah, that means she won't appear if the original musketeer is not enabled.

@Jesterofgames7712 thank for the feedback! I'm kinda glad finally the musketeer felt as a strong pick. Sadly I can't revert the changes since it could make the class feel weak again.
I'll try in other hand some changes, having your points in mind, so her strong capacities are more justified thus she should feel more fair to play with.

Honestly with how good stuns are and how high the crit is on open fire on a stunned enemy... doesn’t a 5 heal AoE seem a bit to strong?

Yeah she has low HP and it doesn’t affect her but bring any decent healer and her low HP isn’t much of an issue. Plus she carries a hugely useful stun, the rifle can do insane damage with it’s crits and honestly reflection on vangard seems a bit to helpful.

I’m liking the class I’m just saying it seems a little to strong with the high crit and healing 5 hp (at minimum) on a crit.

@Elorae originally that was the intention, but even if the kinesthetic is the correct one it seems that it wasn't that liked so I'm currently testing some changes to test her in a more dynamic playstyle. In the end it only matters if its fun to play with or not.

I really like this vanguard/auxilar mechanic that acts as a sort of clean/musket reload function among other things. This strikes much closer to how I imagine a musket would work than anything else in the game (if only npcs would do this too.... or have an eldrtich excuse to not reload which I suppose one can imagine XD)

@AnubiSs Well, there's too much reason beside the Musketeer's comic and the fact I wanted to indirectly force not using too much dps (without taking away all options) so the player is forced to use tanks instead, so taking away the mark synergy is kinda a soft nerf for her.

@AnubiSs Her healing is mainly for self sustain but you're right about the tank synergy. Giving her some AoE healing for dedicated guarders could be better instead of self healing.
About the damage received it synergies with the reflecting damage buff so it's kinda a double edge debuff, but I guess the values are too high so it should normalized a little more.

I got new ideas for some changes from your sugestion. I'll try some changes to improve the musketeer!

@nefarious TK glad to hear about that! If you give me the chinese translation for the skill names I could try to write them in my code and see if that solves your problem.

I tested new Musketter (and condemna) and she feels much better now. I was wondering why so much of self heal skills? How about healing party on crit or on some skills "if guarding". would provide further synergy to tanks. Aslo i think +40% dmg debuff on friednly is abit harsh. If tank has not stacked massive amout of protection you risk getting him killed in 1 round (especially if he is guadring and has higher chance of getting hit)

@nefarious TK This mod could be changed in next updates, but any additional help to improve it is really welcome!

I guess you can either create a new mod and add your own translation (you can check the "SCH_musketeer_overwrites.string_table.xml" for the references) or do the translation and upload somewhere I can check the file, from there I can copy anything you wrote into the chinese localization.

If you don't know where's the file I'm speaking, you can find it inside your steam/steamapps/workshop/content and from there use the search tool to search the "SCH_musketeer_overwrites.string_table" file.

@AnubiSs It could worth the try. The idea of making a mirror team with a tanky backline and squishy frontline could be a really interesting set up for an unique team composition!

I really like the tank buffer idea as a whole, i think that should stay. I noticed tho that most skills effect only place 1 or 2. I think it would be more interesting if force guard and all other tank buffing skills be usable from 1-4. There are some tanking classes liek Serapth or even Man at arms with some trinkets, that preffer the backline.

I normally fear making something absurdly powerful so maybe I just hard nerfed the Musketeer in this first revision.
I'll try to make some changes for her! This time maybe trying the opposite aproach for her.

I think she suffers from same problmes as Condena. Both require not only groups build around them but also underpreform alot in their specializations. I was really excited to try something unique with the musketeer as i didnt liked any other remakes so far. Sadly her gameplay was to me quite boring and frustrating as every other round she was baiscly usless. I think she def need more moves aviable in Auxilar form to be fun to play. Will run with her around abit more to see if i maybe missed some better skin synergies.

@Dr. Nolegs I completly understand your point. The uniqueness problem of mine but its something I really enjoy designing since its really exciting testing this stuff and descovering new stuff.

I wasn't trying to be mallicious, maybe my words were badly chosen and I'm sorry about that.

It may be a houndsmaster situation, where earlygame doesn't reffer to lategame, but the focus on buffing, without buffing any really good stats, and it's supbar output on testing really just killed it for me.
It is better than a stock reskin, but it does the job it want's to not as good as other classes or mods.

Woah, a bit underhanded with the comment "if you're not willing learning through gameplay"

The issue with this I had was that is was needlessly complex while mainly filling one role.

With your "obsession by creating something unique" it should be noted that uniqueness for uniqueness' sake is not nessicarily good. This was not boring per-say, but It performs sub-par in the roles it tries to fill on my limited testing.

@Dr. Nolegs yeah, my class mods normally have this issue mainly because my obsession by creating something unique. But hey! There's people who likes playing with this kind of design, so if you're not willing learning through gameplay it could ended in something enjoyable, who knows!

Seems a tad overcomplicated for what is extensively made into a buff focused hero, and in my opinion falls quite a bit short of being really useful. Better than just a reskin I suppose though.
