With the Wartime update or whatever it's called, the entire "Powerful" series has a conflict with the new consumables tab. installing this makes ammunition uncraftable only in large assemblers. Be warned before downloading this mod as even after uninstalling it, it does not fix the issue. You need a world wipe

Hey can you set them up for Block progression please? the entire collection is showing the catagory but not the item. i asked a dev and he said you had to set it for block progression to find it in the tree.

By crafting them in the assembler.

Its saying I need steel plate x10 to build the x10 battery... how do i get x10 plates?

@jtmzac You may want to say ΣF=ma because it is the sum of all forces acting on the body and not just one force. That means taking into account gravity, thrust, air resistance and/or the friction of the terrain.

maybe you shouldn't add more component (the x10 & x50 components), instead just multiply the vanilla amount, no? because it is quite the hassle if you are on realistic / x3 inventory and u cant even take the necessary amount quickly :/ (i cant even pick up x50 power cell with x3 inventory)

I added a x10 battery to my small grid ship and now the atmo thrusters won't work. Any idea what might be causing this? The rest of the grid is still getting power, my gyros work, my cockpit tells me I have power, but I get no thrust.

Thank you, I really like the way your various Powerful series of equipment has streamlined my base building efforts. I have not gotten around to building large ships yet but will have to look into mass to thrust calculations once I figure out how to even get the base numbers to use.

You didn't do anything wrong, the x50 version is 50 times the mass so it will increase the total mass quite a bit for a small ship. As the ship becomes bigger its less of an issue since the change would be a smaller fraction of the overall mass.

I highly recommend doing some calculations for smaller ship design since they're a lot more sensitive to mass and total thrust but it depends on how much you like math. F = ma goes a long way in SE. Just don't forget thrusters are in only one direction.

Maybe I did it wrong but I replaced two of my ships batteries and the solar panel with the x50 versions and now it is too heavy to fly. Is the weight/mass calculated by the components or something?

@ilxan(Ozis) I agree with it not showing battery specs, and yes, you're right, stronger modded batteries do not add more power to allow thrusters to lift more weight. What they do however do....is take up less space(and therefore less weight) as you can have 1 of these batteries(x50 Variant) rather than 50 Vanilla Batteries while still outputting an equivalent amount of power of 50 vanilla batteries therefore allowing MORE Thrusters, Refineries, Assemblers, etc. to be powered at once. As it uses Vanilla Battery Textures and OP says x10 and x50 variants, we could easily calculate the battery performance roughly by multiplying the vanilla battery specs by 10 and 50 respectively.

aam , maybe i'm picking, but this picture doesnot show the power of battery at all. Every engine have it own power , no matter how capacious batarea, it is not capable of adding power to the engine to hold more weight. Moreover, judging by the color of the flame, this is a hydrogen engine and battery have no influence at it.

Unfortunately there's a limit to how many components can be used in a block before the mod stops working. It's the reason I used custom components in the first place.

can you remove the 10x and 50x items and just make them use 10x or 50x as much regular components? (do this with the other mods too) thx

Thanks so much for these mods! I already use Nukeguard's Tiered Thrusters/Ship Tools, but I greatly appreciate the batteries and gyroscopes. Maybe once I start building capital ships I'll use your thrusters ;)
