@Hoegni: Yes, this would be possible! You'd have to add the database tables to add new ancillaries and enable the effects. Then you'd have to add spawn conditions for the new ancillaries into the script files.
Would it be possible to have conversion ancillaries to convert efficiently the population (own or others) on purpose ?
Like a group of fondators you hire: Druid Circle / Aesir Elder-Priestesses (german paganism) / Priests of Christ / Torah Scholars / etc...
With +15% conversion rate (I can't do the math here), but -20% tax rate or a brute -200 gold per turn if it's incrementable. It's start of an idea, if ur not interested I might try to work it on my own, it wld be my first mod ! :P
