Report a translation problem
Is that an intentional Caddicarus reference, or just a coincidence?
One fun fact about this track is that it is a Motorhead track but its progression (sweeping near-180 degree turn - zigzaggy bit - long straight - tight bends in tunnel - narrows into the finish straight) is very similar to that of Porto Kora in Wip3out, even if the actual layout is nothing like it.
Does the other track also have water?

I'll look into it. Custom tracks work very well on Linux in my experience. Of all the custom tracks I've installed, only two have ever caused problems.
I think there's your problem. Not much I can do about it because I don't have Linux, but if custom tracks are a problem on Linux, report it to Vonsnake.
