@Anitram : After you turn on the turrets, search for the "program [Turret]" in the control panel, turn this block off and on several times. I think this will solve the problem.

@oneighost : I forgot to turn off the "share inertia tensor" option for two base rotor on the ship, you could turn it off and this will make the turning much easier.

@thebeautyofwars until the update I worked all the scripts that used the turrets as a guide, if the turret is not with ammunition and free of obstacles does not work for me in survival

@Anitram : I just checked, it still works fine on my computer. Maybe you didn't set the target to be neutral or pirate? Or you set the target too far from ship?

There must be something said about its turning, it slow which makes aiming easy at far range but for normal flight its unbearable. if theres an explaination im missing please tell me.
