Stood out to me enough that I had to come here and comment on it.
By far one of the most beautiful looking custom maps i've seen yet, looks like a classical chinese painting, great sniping and counter sniping opportunities, as well as creative points and cheeky spots.
Only problem is it's terribly unbalanced, the attackers have nowhere near enough tickets considering how onesided most points are (specially the middle ones), it should be at least 200 lead tickets to attackers and even then an unorganized team would still fail to take it consistently.
With that patched it has potential for being one of my favorite maps in the game!

The ticket balance on this map is awful. Attackers start with barely a 10 point ticket lead. Needs to be at least ~30-40 for it to be fair.

Appreciate it! Yeah you could cut down on the tickets as well too, and should be looked at it. However, keep in mind that will still shorten games, and make it difficult to get to the final objective (which looks awesome!).

I've played this map only twice. But both times it ended similarly. One we ran out of time at F with maybe 60-80 tickets on each side. The other we ran out of time after capping F... maybe had 1 minute remaining? I think it was like 10-30 tickets.

Anyways, its a fun map! Would recommend some balancing action :).

@danielb204 Thanks for the feedback, I will look into that in this coming balance update this weekend or cut down tickets slightly to adjust for time but I may add more time the next update after when I see match results.

I meant text in game when players press for map they see the text you left.

you should add that in text on the map now though, so people will know A it's a work still in progress B that you will monitor the future. because so many good maps are gone since the mappers are not going in every update to patch the maps for it. so players and server admins are taking them off fast.

@0Duian thanks for the feedback, I hardly get any to fix other issues/suggestions on the map and so in the end I assume it's doing okay. You're doing god's work. I'll look into these changes when I see the chance for the next big patch/update.

it's a great map for flying and for those who chase the heli all round since there's a lot of high ground for them to get close to touch it with rpg, also on the ground is a lot of fun for both teams.

I think it does need a lil bird since the rain and lighting is dark, also not many players know about the path in waterfall and the nva campers above it on the ridge line at first. What I do ask regarding lil bird is: 1. the ridge between the west objs going north and the train tracks to right should not be out of map bounds for lil bird. it's very annoying to have for 2 seconds every time you cross east to west and vice versa. 2. when going to LZ and landing on the fence you get the mark that you're landing on LZ. then heli crashes on fence. you must make the fence more far from the helipad zone and take the tower out please. it's not wall and tower FOB. I did adjust to land better but it takes more time and better pilots. no need for that small fence so close to helipad.

Updated and should no longer crash. If out of sync issue occurs, clear the map from your Cache or until the issue is fixed by Tripwire altogether.

@Lanbert [AusTac] Unfortunately the latest update has still broken most maps - we are seeing what Tripwire is doing before we waste everyone's time making a new workshop page or update only for it to crash again after the next patch. Otherwise I may fix it myself and then just brace for the next patch to crash it again

@The Undying thanks, we just tested the map and i think after a couple more rounds with people knowing the concept of the only real defense coming from the top of the waterfall then stragglers on the ground at E then for F the same except getting to the other part of the map becomes pretty safe if the South hide in the fog

Just ran through the map and I can already see E and F being massive meatgrinders due to the chokepoints and general lack of wide flanking, but we'll see how it plays out.

Also, the tracks and train parts at H are HUUGE, like twice their actual size, I felt like a dwarf. :D:
Might need some scaling down, maybe two sets of tracks with smaller trains might work out there.

Very keen on testing this one out, love the moody atmosphere!
