Might I make a suggestion to add to also change the CliffSandNormal to SCT-NATURERESERVE as well in Theme Mixer for the many do not realize they need to for the cliffs to appear correctly?
I didn't realize that for a long time and couldn't figure out why people's cliffs didn't appear the way they did in pictures. Finally started working on a theme of my own and realized It is what gives the cliffs their "3D" appearance (like cracks and crevices as an example).
I did a quick visual if I am not making myself clear :) https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2003885114

Also, is this map no longer working? I've seen some comments about a dependancy being removed.
I am from the Conway area (just a few miles off the east side of my image) and am very familiar with the area, so I'd love to be able to use this map!
Every time I start a new build, I spend an hour or two fixing the roads, land features, etc. Other than the two dragon baby teeth (which you may not even find unless you've watched BonBonB's review), there's not a single thing that you'd need to fix or improve before starting your build. The terrain is gorgeous, the roads and bridges are perfectly laid down, the rivers flow beautifully (and because they start on the map edges, there are no awkward water sources starting in the mountains).
The amount of thinking and work that went into this map is truly admirable!
Here's what I get
@papa pastoor - That sucks, dude. No idea what's going on there. Maybe a mod or something? Wish I had an answer for you.
Fascinating map you got here. Only thing i'm curious about is the lack of trains on the railway. Can that be fixed somehow or does it just not work? Thanks.
And I have indeed been watching your best of 2018 series. Was hoping for somewhere in the top 6, but top 12 isn't too shabby!
@Lolfrog0510 - Yeah, just didn't think shipping routes fit the theme of an inland river map. I've got some ideas for other maps int he future that would include shipping routes though!
No, I don't have the DLC, but I got it to work anyways...
The game managed to load the map in the map editor, so I made a local copy and edited a bit. With "my" version I had no problems at all. The map loads properly and all highways etc. are there, so I don't think its a DLC problem.
I hope my solution can help other players as well, but still thank you for your help, I really apreciate it :)
Happy Holydays!
@hipination - Sorry you're having difficulties. I won't have the time to get back into game and check things until January I expect. Until then, the only thing I can suggest on your end is that you unsub from the map, check your mods folder (Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/255710) and make sure the map is deleted from there (content id 1552828907). Then resubscribe to the map and try again. Also, I'm curious if you have the Mass Transit DLC? When I originally released the map I had MT highways in there, but I removed them later and updated the map. I wonder if I may have missed something.
I cant get your map to run properly... Even completely vanilla + the required trees i get nullrefs... The map still loads, but several tiles are completely flat and I cant place a single road in the starting area...
I hope you, or somebody, else can help me beacause the screenshots look so amazing ...

@sbman4 - Yep, that error definitely indicates you've got something missing. If you've got the trees I honestly don't know what else it could be. All the rail tracks and roads are vanilla assets. There's nothing else on the map that should be throwing that error. All I can suggest is unsubscribing from the map and all the assets, making sure they're cleared out of your mods folder (Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/255710), then resubscribing. The content id to find Flatrock Valley in that folder is 1552828907.
