...About two weeks or so, and just now finally remembered to respond to this five-year-old comment. But yeah it's out now, finally.

Well the Brotherhood of Steel is a definite, but I'm not so sure about the other Fallout factions.

For now, I still want to get through a small short list of nations that I have planned, none of which are based on Fallout. But after that, I do indeed have plans for a couple of new Fallout-based Civilizations. So yes, there are new Fallout civs on the way.
