Well... if your are looking for an updated version of this mod you should take a look at the Leugi's Haiti Civilization and Touissaint Louverture (GS version) mod!
This is an updated version of this mod which adds compatibility to the GS and NFP DLCs.

@Leugi: just let me know if you are interested in an updated and working version of this mod/civ. Otherwise I would release it as a new standalone mod .

Hi Leugi! I succeded in making this civ playable in GS. However, some issues pop up in the lua.log that I haven't been able to fix, making so the era score abilies, the faith from them and the abolition project don't work at all. Could I maybe send you the files I've been working on (the ones that make it playable again) to help you update it? I've done this with other civs and leaders from Patria Grande as I know you've said you don't have the time yourself to do it. All of them and their lua work correctly, or at least don't show erros.

Heres A Idea for A Dominican Civilization

Leader is Juan Pablo Duarte: Likes Civilizations With High Culture and Happy Citizens, Dislikes Civilizations that Station Troops Near their Borders, or Have Small Tresuries

Unique Unit is A Trinitario: Replaces Musketman, +10 Strenght When Fighting On Territories that Used to Be Dominican or Civilizations With Different Governments

Unique District: Colmado, Replaces Commercial District, Produces Food Or Culture Along with Gold

Quisquella la Bella: Boosts Tourism in Areas that provide Culture

I have a small graphics nitpick here; any possibility you could mix up the clothing of the Mawon a bit. I know they were slaves for the most part, but they wouldn't have been mostly dressed that way all the time.

Is their a way to stripe mine all the wood from your starting capital location, and implement disastrous policies that essentially re-enslave your population?

@circeus: It is indeed from removing Builders. When you complete the "Abolition" project all Builder units within the city radius are removed, and you receive instead Era Score for every charge the builders had.

@Circeus - the description looks correct to me. It eats the remaining charges the builders have.

Are you about the citadelle's description? it says you get era score for "removing builders"?! Should that be "removing features" (which is usually called "harvesting" by the game)?

Leugi can u do the City of Troy? ^^ With a government place with a range strik? or an other district ^^ u did a great job for Haiti!

To the people making references the 1804 massacre, I would like you to know Touissaint had nothing to do with that he died in France a year before it happened and the massacare was carried out by Jean-Jacques Dessalines who is belived to of betrayed Touissaint by heping in his arrest
