awesome. I think you can set the model to be one with playermodel hands using the default hl2 model. I think it's "models/weapons/w_grenade.mdl" for the world and c_grenade.mdl for viewmodel. Not a 100% sure about those but I have done it before.

It's been a long bloody time, but they now work on NPCs! It's not perfect, but it is progress!

could you make the following improvments?...

#1 make it work on npcs.

#2 strips all wepons from player or npcs.

other than thoes two things this mod works and its great! keep up the good work!

Sorry for the delay. Not quite. It doesn't disarm them but it does minimise their accuracy, making them less likely to hit you.

Couldn't you just spawn the weapons using the toolgun? That would seem to be easier and more precise.

I want to use this grenade so my friends can do roleplays properly. actually finding weapons lying around. like the physgun.

If the setting "Owner Immunity" is off (which it is by default) then yes. This makes the weapon pretty dangerous for yourself in close quarters.

Yep. That's the main focus of the weapon. My friends always equipped powerful weapons to kill me so I designed this grenade so I could prevent them from hurting me (except when I disarm their pistol and they auto-equip a crossbow or rocket launcher, in which case ouch).
