couple of notes. The setup is non-descriptive (im absolutely new to the game) what orientation should the advanced rotors be when building this? my friend and i have an understanding on the extra data portion of the PB but fully getting it to register the home and how the rotors should be facing is kind of missing from the setup. any advice would be appreciated as we have it setup and working, its just backwards.

> "After you create it, rotate the rotors in their working areas to set correct direction. The values is stored in the PB CustomData."
What does this mean?

A Github repo also has the added benefit of preserving previous versions.

Good for me thx

I know Steam is hell for modder sometime, no worry:

As I see, you not obfusc your script, if Steam continue crap, you can put all your script to git repo at least other player can get code from it :P

Check it now

I was uploaded this script many times but Steam broke it every time. I'll try it now.

@crazyht24
Same, they uploaded the wrong script.

When I get the code start with comment : // HellArea Resource viewer v2.00 (2018-2019)

Could you send me right code or upload right version ?

Can you build a large grid ship?
Reaper 15 Jul, 2020 @ 6:19pm
It work pretty well, but I've found that you will need to do steps in increments of 3-4 degrees at 15-20 second intervals if you are using the normal welders. It does perfect around that area and only struggles with small grid items but it's usually the little cosmetic stuff it misses.

Only issue I have is it doesn't seem to be able to keep the welding block rotor head straight.

and i'am brasilian i don know if it's through translation but the others equipaments works pls help me 3 days in this ;-;
Cheshire 2 Jul, 2020 @ 3:48pm
how do you program the welders they're not doing anything
alfie8010 31 May, 2020 @ 2:53pm
is it possible to have an assembler craft parts as and when they are needed?

Hi.
Scenario description
Scenarios works like a macro command, you can describe many points with timing.
Usage
S:A=T;A=T;A=T......
Example 25=2 - 25 meters = waiting 2 second
-Devastator- 6 Mar, 2020 @ 10:58pm
Hi @gabriella can u add a script that automatically pulls builds stuff needed for printing? And how to activate the wait till part is printed then move the welder function like u did in the videos?
-Devastator- 6 Mar, 2020 @ 10:30pm
Er hi, anyone knows how to slow down the rotor speed? Because it is currently retracting too fast for the parts to be welded completely
Judge Kronos 23 Feb, 2020 @ 3:57am
Over Engineering at its best. Simply amazing. I need to put this in the ship printing hangar instead of the build and repairs...
Hipperion 4 Dec, 2019 @ 2:10pm
This is the BEST printer setup out there. Almost limitless and without the need of building super large shipyards. Setup is SOOO EASY! :steamhappy:
Cruel Sun  [author] 28 Sep, 2019 @ 12:28am
Script was updated. It seems a steam version was broken for some reason. So I'm sorry too.
haximodor 8 Sep, 2019 @ 6:54pm
Hi are you still working on the script?
I try the same setup as yours in the video, but PB returns me a "Large Grid is Not Active"
Meowcat285 24 Apr, 2019 @ 5:34pm
Can we have a example blueprint?
Foundation 11 Apr, 2019 @ 9:49pm
easier ways to create this, but neat...
Cruel Sun  [author] 15 Mar, 2019 @ 8:14am
Why not =)
JDaremo Fireheart 14 Mar, 2019 @ 5:19pm
OMG, Gabriella. This is fantastic.
Will it work on any blueprint that fits within the area of the welder heads?
Cruel Sun  [author] 23 Feb, 2019 @ 12:40am
What type of Exception you have? Can you share the world or blueprint.
Duke Venator Mythis 22 Feb, 2019 @ 6:49pm
When I run the R command as in the video it just spews exceptions at me?

gWelders - group of blocks
Hoofygonglaird 18 Feb, 2019 @ 5:53pm
Im kinda confused on where the tags for welders go if someone can help me out. Seems like a neat script just noob brain cant figure this out.
Vorg 6 Feb, 2019 @ 11:59am
From the primary engine you used, I thought it would be a single head printer that moved more like 3D printers

『KuuHaKu』, it's done.
『KuuHaKu』 20 Dec, 2018 @ 7:21am
Yeah, pretty much something like this. Even if you can't check whether it's welding or not, you could put something like a delay (which we can define in seconds) between steps.
Ex: P1 > P2 > Delay 2 > P3 > Delay 5 > etc

It's already a extremely useful script, but something like that would be really nice to have!
Cruel Sun  [author] 20 Dec, 2018 @ 5:34am
If I wanted to do so (it's still a linear path) I would use A=P1, A=P2, A=P3 ... In the game there is no such method as IsWelding . Therefore, it cannot work fully automatically.

『KuuHaKu』 20 Dec, 2018 @ 4:27am
Oh, by keyframes, I mean something like setting a path sequence like this: P1 > P2 > P3 > ... > PN.
After that, the rotors would try to make the welders follow the path.

Idk if it's possible, just thought about it kkkkk
Cruel Sun  [author] 19 Dec, 2018 @ 6:38am
Hello. I don't quite understand about the keyframes - if you mean some curved path, no I made this thing for a linear trajectory. If a blueprint is very complex, maybe the sequence setup is more complicated than the blueprint welding.
I'm afraid of scaring people with the complexity of the tools, so it's simple.
『KuuHaKu』 19 Dec, 2018 @ 5:59am
A little question: is it possible to make a 3D printer which stores player-defined "keyframes" and follow the sequence afterwards? It would be nice for weird ship designs as we would be able to set the printer's path
『KuuHaKu』 19 Dec, 2018 @ 5:52am
One of the "why haven't anyone thought about this before?" kind of script. Very well done, you deserve a cookie!
