For some reason the scaling just doesn't work for me.

Any chance this will be updated to include later acts?

any advice for preventing that the leveled buffed enemies dont kill npc on the battles that have a npc and you need to save it, because i have enemies with my level + 1 . and got on a battle that the enemies are lv 7 and the npc level 3 and got one shoted XD

Hey, two part question here:

1. I am intending on pairing this with the Diviniy Conflux mod Odin provides. I have this just above all of Odin's mods in the load order. Is this fine? Also, does this mod affect any player wielded, spells/skills? Or just the AI?

2. As far as leveling goes, i'd like a pretty natural exp growth playing through the game. In your opinion, is just leaving enemy scaling on sufficient for providing a tough experience? I'd like to make sure I am definitely hitting level 20-21 by end game without steam rolling through enemies with full builds.

开了这个mod,飞毛腿用不了

If Anyone is having the issue where you get 4 random characters, you need to make sure you have Norbite's Script Extender downloaded (Its required for LeaderLib and the link can be found with most mods that require it)
DangerDragon 9 okt, 2021 @ 22:43
i cant use this mod because it forces 4 random characters onto me and i hate that i want to build my own team and it just ruins my fun so i cant really recommend this mod without an option for removing those 4 characters.
TheExiledRanger 8 okt, 2021 @ 16:48
Mod is working but I don't have the book anymore. Any way to generate one into my inventory to alter settings after changes in the update to LeaderLib?

Better to use the less xp individual mods or the scale xp by player level with this mod? also can it be used in an already existing game in multiplayer? (act 2)
homogenic 29 maj, 2021 @ 4:41
Does anyone know if there are guaranteed elites in ACT 3-4 yet? Concerned about a post Act 2 difficulty drop off

@jacenk
Click on the discord link on this page, then sign in to it, one of the rooms is labeled 'beta' or something like that. In that channel you will find the Beta DL links.
jacenk 10 sep, 2020 @ 13:31
Whats the link to this discord version? All i can find is a discord page link but no clue where on that page it is
-Snoopi- 9 sep, 2020 @ 17:05
Ok so I started a new game with this mod
+ (-75% EXP)
And enabled the Hard Mode via mod settings + level scaling, and man even the first fight is super crazy hard now lol

Sweet, I hope the rest of the game is going to be like this, makes DOS2 fun again!
Daddy Kaneki 31 aug, 2020 @ 21:32
I also agree with Fig - something that is so regularly and consistently updated should stand to have a stability pass after a whole year. Think of it this way, if you do a stability pass on the latest version, figure it's good enough, and put it on Steam, that's another few months where you don't have to worry about it. It feels neglectful at this point
Daddy Kaneki 31 aug, 2020 @ 12:40
@Laughing that makes sense, although still a bit curious that the Steam version is so far behind. Although I can sympathize with progress being more interesting than stability on the short-term, I would love to see a stable version up on Workshop. Good mods btw, I enjoy your work a lot.
Figaround 31 aug, 2020 @ 11:45
@LaughingLeader In Steam the last change - November 11, 2019, in Discord - yesterday.
Almost a year has passed. You could update in Steam one of the intermediate versions, which you consider stable. It seems that you are going to change this mod from time to time (and some problems I have not met), it is worth publishing something here.
LaughingLeader  [skapare] 31 aug, 2020 @ 11:37
@ Frank Morrison The discord version is a beta, with many new features that require the script extender, so it won't be released "live" until I can do some testing to ensure it won't break people's saves. I need to write up all the new features as well.
Daddy Kaneki 31 aug, 2020 @ 10:47
Why is this version so far behind your Discord version? Seems a bit inconvenient for people who mainly use Steam
Darrow 15 aug, 2020 @ 14:36
Is this compatible with divinity unleashed?
chimpoforevah 15 aug, 2020 @ 2:26
So, this mod works great but doesn't scale friendly NPCs which can be problematic as they get killed rather easily. I use Divine Scaling to scale the friendlies and fix this issue. Otherwise, great mod.
LaughingLeader  [skapare] 9 aug, 2020 @ 9:54
Definitely make a backup save, but it should be fine to migrate to, yeah. Make sure you get the script extender if you don't have it already, as it's required for many of the new features.
Figaround 9 aug, 2020 @ 7:23
I have been using Enemy Upgrade Overhaul for a long time. Now can I move the Enemy Upgrade Overhaul beta mod (by your link) to my mods folder and replace it, and continue playing?
LaughingLeader  [skapare] 9 aug, 2020 @ 5:43
Personally I suggest getting the EUO beta on my discord server [discord.gg] instead, as it has new features such as adding bonus skills to enemies (and it does so by checking the enemy's combat abilities / weapons and finding suitable matches from all enemy versions of skills in the game, which means it can pick new modded skill as well), a new "hard mode" option, new treasure, new upgrades, and many other changes/tweaks.

EUO beta is basically being developed alongside new extender updates, so it uses new features as things progress, such as some new UI modding capabilities (which are used to display custom tooltips like this for displaying enemy upgrades / loot pool):

For the experience thing, I have a mod for that already here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2179873820

For your compatibility question, they're compatible in so far as they don't alter the same things (EUO doesn't really override anything anyway), but that mod is quite old and has overlapping features.
Figaround 9 aug, 2020 @ 4:30
Please tell me whether the mod will be compatible with Random Elite Enemies ?
Figaround 24 jul, 2020 @ 3:44
So, I suggest:
1. Raise the level of allies to the level of enemies or at least to my heroes. Without the Buffs in this mod, just increase the level so they can survive easier. You can even leave them damage the same, low damage (corresponding to their original level, 11, 13, 15 or what they had).
2. Make the experience setting for enemies as if they're at my level (i.e. I kill enemies at level 20, in which case I'll get experience as if I were at level 18). This will reduce the rapid growth of my character level. Especially, you specified in your mod - there may be problems with enemies level 35. And who knows what level my characters will be before the final battle in Arx, maybe 33 or higher. :cozydbd:
Figaround 24 jul, 2020 @ 3:44
Hey. I have two requests.
I put the level of enemies above mine by 2 (for example, I am level 18 and enemies 20). Since I use other mods (more different points to distribute characteristics with each level, more characters in the game, better summon), such enemies are quite real to defeat - even enhanced by the options of your mod. And I get a lot of experience after killing, and I already have level 18, although I did about 2/3 quests on Reaper's coast. Sometimes in battles (like defending Paladin Bridgehead :cozykcdknight:, or saving Gwydian :lunar2019piginablanket:) there are allies to be defended, but they remain at their lowest level (like 11, 13, 15). Enemies can easily kill them.
Salt Mage 16 jun, 2020 @ 17:13
@Pokemango Late answer, but this doesn't level enemies down from their base level, only up. Wrecker's Cave is intended for level 14 and higher.
pspenc 14 jun, 2020 @ 9:22
Is there a list of all the upgrades the enemies can get. And also is it possible to somehow assign anyof them to your own characters? Some of the buffs seem like a fun way to spice up a character, and the buffs on enemies can keep things relatively balanced.
Pokemango 11 maj, 2020 @ 17:15
I am currently at level 11 and enemies in Wrecker's cave are all at level 14 even though I do not have this mod (or any other enemy level scaling mod) turned on. I tried decreasing their levels with this mod but even that doesnt work. Has any one experienced this issues?
Austin001 2 maj, 2020 @ 11:10
Would it be possible to have this for allies in battle as well?
Discoverymont 30 apr, 2020 @ 16:59
Will be there progressive updates before the final version arrives?.
Austin001 15 apr, 2020 @ 23:03
Doesnt seem to work sometimes, like on the doctor after he transforms and on fights that are already happening

ThunderBlue 12 apr, 2020 @ 20:24
i cant find the menu to edit this mod in game is this outdated now?
ExplosiveWrath 10 apr, 2020 @ 6:24
it will add enough challenge if you make the enemies lvl equal to yours or like 1 lvl higher
Lorcanis 9 apr, 2020 @ 2:02
Is this mod going to be enough to provide a decent challenge for a 6 man party on tactician difficulty?
POLICE 6 apr, 2020 @ 23:00
man, does anyone have an xp reduction mod that actually works, ive been looking for one for ages :(
LaughingLeader  [skapare] 5 apr, 2020 @ 23:55
The menu reflects what to make it do, rather than what it is. I.E. if it says "Disable Buff Upgrades" etc, then selecting that option disables buff upgrades.
