Oh! How the heck did I miss that? Thanks!

@Gray Pockets Its a bonus Resource, not a Luxury, mod is working as intended.

I like the mod, but it lacks Monopoly mode support. :(

Polish translation is available here

Thanks a lot!
Btw: you "forgot" to add the reindeer to the description of Animal Husbandry. We have added a patch for this in our mod which could easily be adapted and added to the original mod.

UPDATE LocalizedText SET Text = REPLACE(Text, '[ICON_RESOURCE_SHEEP] Schafen', '[ICON_RESOURCE_SHEEP] Schafen, [ICON_RESOURCE_AOM_REINDEER] Rentieren') WHERE Language = 'de_DE' AND Tag ='LOC_TECH_ANIMAL_HUSBANDRY_DESCRIPTION';

Hi H. Humpel,
Thank you for translating our mod. We've added a link in the description.
H.Humpel 13 Jan, 2022 @ 1:00pm
Hi AOM,
your mod has been translated into German by Junky and the translation is now part of the Civilization VI Mods - German translations mod pack.
We would be more than happy if you could refer to the language translation in your mod description.

Nice mod adding resource to tundra & snow areas where there are less.
⎝✧Wyrd Deofol✧⎠ 18 Aug, 2021 @ 4:56am
The art is not coherent with the other resources. The drawing is too sharp.

it'd be cool if this mod could update canada to get +food from tundra pastures like they get from tundra camps in the base game (there aren't any tundra pastures in the base game so firaxis didn't bother putting this in)
William Hughes 26 Dec, 2020 @ 1:38am
Love the Mod. Any chance you can add the ability to sometimes spawn on Tundra Woods, or be able to rustle them using the Herdsman Mod and relocate to a wooded Tundra Tile?

happy holidays

This just makes sense. (And the icon is pretty, too.)
Thank you.

You are awesome AOM. :) Thank you very much for the reply. Your mod is very deer to me. ;)
AOM  [author] 1 Nov, 2019 @ 1:06pm
Hi Ingolenuru, yes, the mod works with the September patch :)
Ingolenuru 29 Oct, 2019 @ 7:39pm
Hello, how about the Sept. patch? Please and thank you. :)
AOM  [author] 27 Jul, 2019 @ 7:18am
Hi Levallnou, yes it is. To my knowledge, all of our mods are compatible with the June patch.

Hi h.j.haller, sorry to have missed your question. There are several mods already out that do this.
Nizou 26 Jul, 2019 @ 1:41pm
Is it compatible with June update ?
lightbrigade43 28 Feb, 2019 @ 11:21am
Thank you! I like this one!

h.j.haller 17 Feb, 2019 @ 7:05am
AOM can you also make a mod that builders harvest all resource in the game so you got more room for buildings
AOM  [author] 16 Feb, 2019 @ 7:15am
Mod updated for the GS patch (so it will not cause a warning).
h.j.haller 14 Feb, 2019 @ 2:49pm
any plans to update your mods soon for gathering storm ???
Lofaka 26 Dec, 2018 @ 12:53pm
Merry Christmas!

@QuantumTuna , yes, indeed they are and have been for a long time: https://www.thoughtco.com/reindeer-history-and-domestication-170666

We are not going to make a deer mod that uses the herdsman. The herdsman works with domesticated animals. Forest deer go in camps, domesticated deer go in pastures.

Hi chrisjawalka , we've had this happen too, not sure what causes it.

anitachall , given the post that @Metalmind made, I don't think we can do what you're asking.
九磅十五便士 23 Dec, 2018 @ 1:44am
AOM, thanks for this mod. Just in time for Christmas. And Merry Christmas to you Sir.
chrisjawalka 21 Dec, 2018 @ 1:53pm
AOM, love the mods. Can you answer me a question though? Don't think it's specific to your mods, but some seem to randomly take away the city names from being displayed. You have to click/or hover over to see city name. Is this something changed within the mods, or is this some quick and easy setting I'm just not seeing?
Metalmind 21 Dec, 2018 @ 12:15pm
@anitachall, the "import" setting for resources in YNAMP exclusively imports resources from Civ 5, with the exception of replacing gold with niter (iirc). Resources from mods aren't included with this setting.

AOM, thanks for this mod. Just in time for Christmas. And Merry Christmas to you Sir.

Thanks! Always cool to see more diverse map.
ExtremeGardens 20 Dec, 2018 @ 8:25pm
So festive and cute! Thank you for the mod.
anitachall 20 Dec, 2018 @ 6:50pm
The specific settings that are relevant in this case are the map which is "Giant Earth", Map section "Colonization", and the Resource Placement being set to "import"
AOM  [author] 20 Dec, 2018 @ 2:58pm
@anitachall, could you describe the settings of the YNAMP that you want the reindeer to work with? There's a lot of choices, and I'm not certain I've identified the one you're talking about.

Do the reindeer show up on some maps, and the issue is a matter of it just not working if certain map settings are selected or do reindeer not appear on any of these maps regardless of settings?
AOM  [author] 20 Dec, 2018 @ 2:43pm
Hi all, thank you for the nice comments about the reindeer - it's great to know people are enjoying the mod.

Hi, anitachali, we've never used the YNAMP mod, but since you've asked about it, I'm assuming that the mod doesn't work with it at this time. We'll download it and take a look to see how to make the reindeer compatible. I agree that players starting in Greenland and the Arctic should have reindeer.

Hi h.j.haller, the reindeer do work with the herdsman, and he will pick them up and place them on the snow or tundra tile of your choice :)
anitachall 20 Dec, 2018 @ 1:03pm
Is there any possibility of this being compatible with the real start locations maps from YNAMP (using the built in historical resource placement setting)?
I think this mod would be pretty darn useful if you were playing a civ that started in some place without most resources such as greenland or the arctic circle.

Mod that I am referring to specifically:

@h.j.haller It literally says that it's Herdsman compatible
h.j.haller 20 Dec, 2018 @ 5:37am
does it work with hertsman ???
siau2tie1 19 Dec, 2018 @ 11:38pm
Great! How about llamas?

Awesomely adorable mod for the holiday season!
