I just came across this map, and am absolutely in love! Kamino's my favorite planet, and, despite being a rather small map with some bugs, the map is perfect!

Really, anything that 1) limits the space you can navigate, 2) obstructs your view of zeds at a distance (so you aren't sniping zeds before they're even able to get within 100m of the team) and/or 3) increases the amount of directions zeds can come from.
Compare it to some of the wider areas in Tripwire Official maps with those 3 factors in mind.
Anything that makes that area challenging enough to be potentially flooded with zeds (to the point of possibly having to ditch the area altogether and move to another part of the map) would make this map amazing!

Actually that would still be much too big.
There are a couple options off the top of my head-
1. Turn the center circle into 4 bridges leading to the outer ring (that meet with the ramps that lead up to it). Move the outer teleports onto the outer ring.
2. Cut out the outer circle, but (somehow) add zeds spawns all around the ring (wide open areas are fine as long as there are A LOT of zed spawns around it to compensate, so you still have to watch your back. If they all spawn/come from one direction, it's far too easy to defend.)
3. Add walls/columns or pillars/objects to obstruct your view of zeds across the arena and potentially places zeds can spawn behind.
4. Cut out the outer ring and 1/3-1/2 of the inner arena with bridges leading to the teleports.

Thanks for the input mate, i could make just the bottom part of the arena playable, the small circle where you teleport to and remove the ramps that go up to the bigger circle, would that be suitable?

At the very least if you could create an alternate version with a much smaller arena (think the size of the main Burning Paris hold up spot, just outside the tunnel entrance), that would be awesome!
If you don't have time, no worries. I just find it really frustrating coming across maps that look like they'll be loads of fun to play, only to find some MASSIVE wide open area everyone is inevitably going to hold up the whole game. I like gameplay that takes me all over the map, instead of staying put in just one part of the map the whole game (hence why I play Hell on Earth, you're inevitably forced to leave any hold up spot at some point).

I'm at a loss whether or not to add this to my server. On my server I only include maps that are similar in difficulty to the stock official maps (which means no easy mode arena maps or ridiculously difficult ultra tight maps). The arena area just makes this map ultra easy and negates the purpose of the rest of the map when everyone is just going to hold up the arena..

Love every part of this map aside from the arena area. It's far too wide and makes the map way too easy on Hell on Earth.
What I'd love is if the arena area was tighter, so that if your team gets overrun by zeds, you gotta hop through the portals to escape and kite them But there's absolutely no incentive to go back through the portals, since the arena is wide enough to hold up the entire wave, no matter the difficulty or how late in the game you are.
That kind of ruins the map for me.
It really bums me out because this map has so much promise to being an AMAZING map! If I wanted to play in a basic arena map, I have loads of options to choose from. But maps where you gotta kite zeds through portals going from tight spot to tight spot (or relatively wide spot to tight spots temporarily to circle back to the relatively wide spot)? There aren't any of those as far as I know.
This map would be LOADS of fun if it didn't have that WIDE open arena area...

This is a free map which i devoted my own time and effort to port and adjust to KF 2, if you don't like the map for whatever reason you can simply not play it, i don't owe you anything, perhaps in your little pathetic bubble world you think people can give you free content and have to adjust to your demands.The workshop map is working fine, i merely in good will devoted more extra time to simply add 2 musics because people requested it and i was kind enough to oblige them.

If you are so happy to delete the map you should have deleted it and not come here to whine.

If you don't want to utilize workshop's mechanisms to update the map, why do you use workshop in the first place. Go play in Dropbox then, and we're more than happy to delete the map from our servers, because of your broken ways of updating it. Not updating via workshop is more work for you, more work for players, and more work for server admins. Just plain stupid.

Didnt think about it tbh, i ended up uploading them to dropbox and leaving workshop untouched, no specific reason.

Just put the map to killingfloor2\KFGame\BrewedPC\Maps, it should work properly.

Workshop version still works, just has no musics, maybe i update them tomorrow.

Two songs added, go to the clone troopers at the entrance and press use, the left one plays emperor march by metallica and the right one plays the normal emperor march, if you want to stop the music go to one of the three small circle platforms around the main one outside.
