Timings are too thight!!!

I enjoyed finally solving this one! It was fun figuring out ways to minimize the amount of time between actions

Quite a challenge.
"Cubes get dissolved when they contact pellets." Well, tell it to the cubes XD The first one wasn't aware and lived longer than it should for the first couple of tries o.O
"If the timing is short, it probably means it is not the intended move." Me, checking the walkthrough, thinking "well... not slow-paced either" ^^'
Too bad I had error signs though I have both Portal 1 and Bee Mod installed.

Not my type of map, but well-done. Thumbs up.

I'm afraid this is not my favourite map of yours :[ The mechanic of ''refreshing'' a pellet with portals seems quite unintuitive to me and frankly, a bit gimmicky. It took me some time to realise that the first room was supposed to teach this. For the second room, I had to really make quite a run for it during the ending sequence. I never used the button near the exit door, though, and the panel that it flips, so I guess I did it unintended. Anyway, the design was pretty in some places and transparant overall, though still I found the antlines to be a bit all over the place and quite confusing at first. I had to restart the map once because one of the cube holders in the second room stopped working, but that's not really your fault. Considering it's difficult to create good pellet tests, it goes without saying that I am still going to give it a thumbs up. Figuring out the (possibly incorrect) sequences was quite fun each time. Sorry for the essay :]

It's hard to tell that that line raises the stairs through the glass. Great use of the elements!

Ooooh It's been a long time since I've played a Rexaura puzzle. Playing this one was quite refreshing. I haven't had any errors and the style gives it a perfect rexaura atmosphere. I felt that at some places it's too dark but it's okay.
Really well done!

As for the mechanics, I think the "portal pallet refresher" really bugs me, it should be at least in some big bold text on the chamber description because I know some people just aren't gonna finish this because they just don't know the mechanic! And it isn't something very obvious either.

The map should have made in a way that the area that you get both cubes should be "locked out", in the sense that the testing elements become unavaible (and new cubes spawn in the center if the player desintegrated one, for example). Because the second part is already huge and it took me a while just to process everything that was going on, and the steps required first to grab the cubes and then solve the chamber.

As for the execution, the only part that bugged me was the last portals. The orange portal room should be where the timing indicator for the companion cube is instead, so while I do my quickshots there would be a view to indicate when I can place my portal. I liked that you also put an extra few seconds on the timer so I can just right miss a portal placement and still get the pellet right.

You might wanna see this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UX6EnwIGuglwSf6p-z9nCjjhSlvaGATI/view?usp=sharing

Since you can't really stuck yourself though, I'd say it's not worth a fix. Maybe an interesting additional challenge for the players ;)

Good map! A refreshing take too, since I don't see very often maps that use custom elements like these from the Rexaura mod so well (and a monoportal too while at it!). I remember you saying on another rexaura inspired chamber that "if the timing isn't correct, you're probably doing something wrong", and this is one of the best chambers that illustrate that. I do have a few complaints though:

Very nice puzzle, the asset definitions in your description were invaluable to saving a lot of time figuring out what does what. The timing could get a bit frustrating, took me several attempts to get the second cube, even when I knew what needed to be done but not to the point of ruining the puzzle. As for the errors, I believe installing Beemod locally will fix the missing assets issue. Thumbs up!

Ótimo mapa

Sorry, this is a great map with the logic ruined by the tight timing. IMHO not fun.

I don't know what it is with P1 style but it always seems to have more errors than any other style. I guess more custom materials that need to be packed from the original game?

Definitely a very clever and creative map. However I'll say I'm not a fan of portals refreshing energy balls' lifespan (as Nobody put it), namely because to me this mechanic doesn't really make sense from a logical point of view. Timing-based puzzles aren't my favourite type either, although I did have fun figuring out the right sequences of steps. Anyway, it's still a good map so thumbs up of course.

Thanks for the heads up, Joric! I've reported the missing assets to the Beemod issues tracker now ;)

Excellent puzzle. Both rooms, but especially the second room, looked a bit intimidatingly large but I quickly figured out what everything does and got used to the layout so that's not a problem. The use of the energy pellets was exceptional — I haven't seen many maps outside of Rexaura that use portals refreshing energy balls' lifespan so well . For me the hardest part was getting the second cube in the second room. Thumbs up and added to favorites.

But Pellet 1 will always be better

Great map Hugo! The whole "Wait for pellets to respawn" feels like it could be hard for some people to figure out, but then again, these are energy pellets. Other than that though, the use of Rexaura's mechanics in this map is beautiful. This makes me wish to see more maps use them. Nice job!
