this mod work in the campaing?

How to unlock unit in game ? i can unlock 2 with barrack lvl 4 but the last two ?

it doesnt work for me is there something wrong?

I doubt the mod author still actively works on this mod. And to be hones if you want some kind of special units in Rome 2, your gonna need to mod this in yourself. Its not hard and honestly will give you the best results as these will apply to your personal preferences and tweaks.

Beautiful! Would recommend a bit brither color to make it more historical accurate :) A bit stronger purple color and red shields.
But, this mod is still amazing!

Hey - is it somehow possible to give the Parthians chariots? So sb. could play them like the Persians when Alexander fought them? Btw. - these units look beautiful!

anyway this could be updated so the troops can form shield wall?

@.pepE_ Well if thats the case i will give this units a buff in a week or so once I finish some mods.

It seems it is not my mods. I disabled all of my mods put the Palace guards against Legionaries after the palace guard only got 5 kills and lost 40 man, i put royal Cataphracts in the back of Legionaries and the palace guards still almost lost all of thier man whilest only getting 16 kills. I also put them on a 1 on 1 against Celtic Warriors and the palace guard only managed to get 37 kills whilest being utterly destroyed.

@.pepE_ You might be using mods witch make other units stronger, or maybe the unit stats are just too low, if thats the case i might consider giving a buff to this units

So i really like the look of these units but, whenever i use them it seems they barely get any kills and only act as meat shields. Is this because of my other mods or i am just using them wrong?

@dimych177 I use the Praetorian guards to compare my unit stats, They can be overpowered but thats why sometimes I balance them

@Maffato thanks!! units' stats are awesome)) how do you think, are they too overpowered in comparison to the best among Romans (Praetoruan Guard, First Cohort, Eagle Cohort, etc.)?

@dimych177 You don’t need the Empire Divided dlc to use this mod and I really don’t know if it’s save game combatible but you shouldn’t have any problems

Furthermore, I'd recommend simply combining this mod and the identical Persian mod in to one mod. That is how people typically do it. It's also really helpful for people like me who use tons of mods, because once you reach a certain number of mods the game either crashes or fails to display textures in-game.

ok. Also, if they are extremely strong I'd recommend a unit cap, despite what you just said. That way human players don't make whole armies of them. That is, if they're like outrageously strong.

@WulfgangKrauser Yes the AI can recruit them but they are a bit expensive so you really don’t see massive armies with this units

Danke. I don't actually play Persia or Parthia. I just want the comp for both of these factions to have more elite units. I'm assuming you have seen the AI recruit them, right?
