@DragonCount
Nope, but you *could* use the Creation kit and add the same values used in this mod to modify what custom arrows are out there. It's really easy to do, as well.

Does this affect mod arrows?

Thanks! Archery has always been a bit awkward with a mouse and keyboard, this should help. And it's probably more realistic too

casline it would actually make sense if the stalhrim went the same speed or faster than the ebony arrow if you want/need a reason to do it ask.

@brainwaves [no mic] i think there is no new arrows or bown in the Heeartfire...

is this compatible with the hearth fire DLC?

I couldn't find where to comment you, Casline, so I'm posting this here. I wanted to report a bug with your mod. I subscribed to a batch of new mods and then tried to play and Skyrim wouldn't load past the Bethesda logo. I tried deactivating and then reactivating each of the mods I had just installed and the only one that it did it for again was when I reactivated your's. Changing the load order between the two didn't help. If you want a full mod list let me know. I have all the dlc and was using your dawnguard and dragonborn editions. I was looking forward to trying them out. Thanks!

Anyone with enough practice could hit crap pretty regularly with a bow in Skyrim, but still a cool mod.

Does this affect the accuracy of NPC:s/Followers? Like, aiming too much ahead of the target, or increased accuracy due to computer not "leading the target" to begin with?
Or is it a % chance?
If it affects the NPCs, does it create clumsy archer followers/sniper enemies or vice versa, and if it does, can it be fixed?

i like the comment @MasterW3 made with the bound arrows, if there was someway you could do that it would be great

I keep my character in the persona as a light cavalryman. Being so I end up having to shoot arrows while galloping on a horse. After a few months I'd nearly perfected my aim to hit with the (vanilla) slow arrows every time, no matter how far away, I just could tell where to raise the bow to. Instinct, persay. I tried this mod for some time and I still use it today, first week my aim went to hell, couldn't hit a thing if it wasn't 5 feet in front of me, now, after more practice, my aim has gone and improved significantly! The arrows I use (stalhrim) are so effective now :D

since the arrow jumps of the bow this makes it even harder to aim, maybe you could get rid of the jump? (which would be awesome).

my favorite archery mod (made by me back in the day for morrowind and oblivion) gave quality to the arrows. Apprentice, journeyman, master, etc. each of the 5 grades had a slightly better speed than the last, and damage adjusted by 1 up or down by quality. if you went that route with a version of this, i'd DL it. I used 5 qualities of arrow, though nowadays, i'd use something like Crude, Rough, (normal), Nice, Quality, Perfect (or something like that). (what if you had different qualities of the Bound Arrow?) higher level mages can use the faster ones...

Will subscribe once bound arrows are added. Since I play a mage, I don't use physical bows (only bound).

Its an Expert spell so its gonna take a while to get to it
IDutchCaptainVisionz 31 Jul, 2013 @ 9:06am
ahh okay damnit i dont have dawngaurd i really wantedd that bow for the bosmer armor pack and then that really cool one with the skull. but anyways thx for the reaction!

@Meliphis

Working on adding the bound arrows, just have to decide how fast they're going to be. I don't want them to be TOO powerful, since you can get that spell fairly early in the game. They're probably going to be either 3.5x or 4x.

@IDutchCaptainVisionz

If you mean the bow from the image above, it's the dragonbone bow from Dawnguard. :)

Finnaly a mod for me, I love playing a sneaky archer ant long distance shots were my downfall due to the slow speed and massive arc, now you have fixed that I can enjoy Skyrim even more! Well done mate great inspired mod :)
IDutchCaptainVisionz 31 Jul, 2013 @ 3:26am
maybe really stupid question but what bow is that, or from wich mod??
Meliphis 30 Jul, 2013 @ 10:09am
Can you have the BOund Bow spell be the most powerfull and include it in your mod :)
ChromePlate 28 Jul, 2013 @ 3:17am
yay! It is so annoying when you hunt aim ahead of the animal and STILL miss. :D
Thank you, and now i can hit those archers who slowly strafe side to side sometimes. :)
