In-game you click on the city name whilst in the city view iirc....

@Michael Collins A revamped England followed by the Irish is the current plan, which will combine with a UK map to create a package. The inspiration: the viking expansion for Medieval Total War (the first one).

@Patlen 123 don't really know what you were expecting? It's a mod that adds Scotland as a Civilisation to the game with some unique buildings, a new leader, new art to go with them and updated civilopedia entries, ain't much more to it than that!
