The above change should get rid of these errors in the logs which seem to be caused by this mod.

Also, the adjacency is a) overrated, since it's one-way, and b) the AI doesn't pre-plan it's district placement to make much use of it anyway. It only ever builds districts based on current adjacencies available, not soon-to-be adjacencies. Which is why it's good at placing Holy Sites and Campuses next to mountains, but that's it.
@Moyocoya the mod is compatible with GS, I adjusted it last week already.
